Private suite holiday rentals in Quintana Roo

The private garden is wonderful. Everything works, especially airconditioning. You will need that in the humid summer. It spartan, which was one reason we liked it so much. It is only about two blocks from the center of Puerto Morelos, with the supermarket, restaurants, and eveverything else. When you are at Miranda's airbnb, you feel a hundred miles from everything. Access to the beach is through the center of town, meaning very close. We came to Puerto Morelos before and fell in love with the place. Now we know where we will stay when we come back. Which we will do.

Great, tidy and clean place. It's in downtown Cancun, experienced travelers will have no issues finding their way around the city. We didn't get to meet Ara but Hector is an awesome person that was always ready to help!

love the location and the helpfulness of the hosts the most. walkable to everything you need to be comfortable and have a good time while here. awesome taco stands and other eaterys within a 5 min walk or less. less than 10 minutes from the beaches and the hosts are awesome. they offer recommendations for the surrounding areas and if you need anything or have any questions about anything they will respond and fulfill your requests in a timely manner. definitely would stay here again in the future ❤️

Excellent place, aseado, bonito, organized, good communication, location and price

Was a great stay. The location is great - buses that go to beaches are in short distance walk. The apartment is a stand-alone. No neighbours. Inner yard has entrance with the lock, which contributes to safety and peace. The area is very quiet at night. All in all, its a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to my friends :)

Family friendly to the MAX! Incredible hosts! We enjoyed the most magical new year's party with like-minded family travelers--complete with a polar bear plunge and balloon fortunes or dares. The children enjoyed the whimsy camp playground and tromping through the jungle--discovering iguanas, monkeys and spider hunting. How much better could it get than having a practically private pool with baby iguanas perched atop, tropical birds singing whilst enjoying breakfast? Recs were spot on! We used the camp's snorkel masks (new kind) for Akumal Bay, avoiding the turtle corral. Buy/bring water shoes. Loved Cristalino Cenote--perfect jumping platform, small cave, mangrove to swim through and pedicure fish (just north of camp), Coba ruins w/monkey sitings galore (1 hr away, rent bikes or a pedi cab to get around the vast grounds), Xcacel Beach (just south of camp, turtle nesting sanctuary, small parking fee protects the area), buy Xplore park tix in advance for a full, wild adventure day!

Very friendly host and took care of us with proper information

This is a really cute little studio apartment with a lovely garden and pool. A real oasis in Tulum which can be pretty hectic and noisy. If you like quiet like me, be sure to check on construction as it's going on all over the place. For basics like AC, working kitchen, nice shower, this checks off all the boxes. There was what I needed for cooking and a supermarket is very close by. Mark, who manages the property, was really nice and checked in often to make sure everything was good. I'll definitely look to stay here next time I am in Tulum.

Excellent location to spend time in Cancun with privacy.

The host was exceptionally friendly and went out of his way to make us have a pleasant stay. Already upon arrival we were warmly welcomed, and he took the time to show us the surroundings. With his valuable tips and sympathetic nature, we immediately felt welcome and in good hands. The location of the house was perfect – quiet and relaxing, with small supermarkets nearby that offered everything important. Overall, we highly recommend this stay – an all-around great experience!

We had a great time at Casa Naranja! The casita and the pool are beautiful, so well maintained and clean. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped and spotless. Great bathroom, hot shower, nice towels. We spent our mornings on the terrace having our breakfasts, walked to the centre of pretty Izamal and came back to swim and relax around the pool. The hosts are kind, very welcoming but also give you your privacy. We added two more nights to our original reservation to enjoy the space longer. Thank you, we hope to be back!

This is a great studio. My partner and I were there to unwind and enjoy the beach, which was perfect for our 6 day stay. The beach is literally visible from the street, 2 mins walk. The AC was great as it was very hot and humid. Although we didn’t use the kitchen much, there were the basics to make a simple meal, that you could enjoy on the beautiful patio! Mariana was very responsive, gave us a few recommendations (for taxis) and even let us put our stuff in the airbnb before our check-in. Would recommend :)

Thank you! Literally a block away from a beautiful beach. Marinas stationed kn the corner. Beautiful restaurant called Naia's, ate there twice haha should have gone three times but wanted to try somewhere else and it was not as good. Loved the place very comfortable with hammock and good bed and shower. Highly recommend.

Juan’s place was perfect for a short vacation. The location was great. It was about a 10 min uber to all the local attractions. The room had everything we needed. Juan was great to work with. He was very kind and answered all of our questions.

Amazing amazing amazing! This place was magical! I'm an ocean person, I live off the energy and peacefulness of the water. I have found my NEW energy. Beautiful surroundings, tranquil pool area, and the lush green jungle Skip (Glen's Dad) created is BEAUTIFUL!!! There are 5 villas, 2 with kitchens 3 without. However there is a large kitchen available to create that perfect meal. If you're not a meal prep person Emilios down the alley way is perfect for dinners. For breakfast and lunch the Pink Building Pan & Selva is wonderful too. For attractions you're just walking distance to Xcaret park Scences. It's an unsuspecting attraction that will amaze you and shuttles available to Xplore. Your stay at Hacienda Xcaret will be memorable and relaxing. We can't wait to go back!

Simple and good location

I fell in love with this place i will come back . Excellent pool excellent hosts and location. The studio is super comfortable spacious and clean it doesnt miss anything... Im glad to have chose this amazing house i totally recommend it☆☆☆☆☆
