One word: wonderful! We would highly recommend this place to stay. We took full advantage of all the areas: the swimming pool, the terrace, the dining room. The pool, although quite small, offers a perfect water point to cool off and make the most of the days at home. The terrace is ideal for sunbathing or eating outside. As for the dining room, we have chosen to cook our lunches on site — it is perfectly equipped to prepare everything. The bed is very comfortable: we slept like babies. The TV, with access to Netflix, is perfect for ending the evening watching a movie. The shower is superb, and the tranquility of the place is remarkable. We had a scooter for the duration of the stay. The roads around are in poor condition because of the construction, but this has nothing to do with the accommodation. The hosts are very present and the staff, attentive to every detail. Happy holidays!

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing time. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout. Just a small note: the road leading to the property is a bit tricky, but once you arrive, it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Villa YaxNa Tulum is an absolute gem! The two pools are absolutely gorgeous – we spent so much time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The villa’s location is just perfect. We loved being able to walk to amazing restaurants and charming little bars with that authentic Tulum vibe. The neighborhood is fantastic – lively yet peaceful – and so close to the beach. It was simply ideal! A big thank you for the wonderful dinner with the private chef – it was such a treat. And the tequila tasting at the bar was a truly memorable experience! We learned so much while having an incredible time with friends. The team was flawless as always, paying attention to every detail to make our stay exceptional. This was our second visit, and we loved it even more. One thing is certain: we’ll be back in a few months! Thank you for everything!

My group and I loved our stay at Blue Deer Residences. The house is as pictured- it felt luxurious and peaceful. Our group of 7 felt like we had plenty of personal space and great communing spaces. Lesley is super responsive and helpful; the whole team definitely helped make our trip relaxing, special, and just what we needed in a vacation.

Had the best time and a lot had to do with Lupita’s good recommendations for driver and chef but also restaurants. She helped us make reservations and get pizza delivered!

The place is really great and worth the price! Be aware, you should rent motorbike or VUS. The place is really far from the city, and the taxi are expansives.

Casa Malix exceeded all our expectations—it couldn’t have been nicer or more comfortable! My friends and I absolutely loved this holiday. The house was the perfect location for our large group, which combined work-from-home days with meditation, yoga, and retreat activities. The space was ideal: plenty of room for yoga, a peaceful neighborhood for meditation, and an incredibly fast and reliable internet connection. With Wi-Fi points in every room, it was absolutely amazing for staying connected and productive while working remotely. John was an outstanding host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He even helped us figure out how to order dinner our first night when we arrived late—such a thoughtful touch! I can’t wait to return to Casa Malix and spend even more time in this incredible space. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and productivity. Highly recommend for groups looking for a serene, well-equipped getaway!

The villa was amazing, it definitely exceeding our groups expectations. We had such an amazing trip and our concierge team was the best! They were quick in responding and made sure all of our activities/restaurants were booked. Would definitely recommend anyone who is going to visit Tulum to stay here. The house staff Zayra and Diana were so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed every day! We will definitely miss them.

I had an amazing stay at Celine’s place in Tulum! The home is even more spacious than the photos show. Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the entire space had a peaceful, calming vibe that made it easy to unwind. Celine also went above and beyond by providing concierge services that made our trip so much smoother. They helped us stock the fridge with groceries before arrival and even organized a private chef experience, which was a highlight of the trip. Celine was a wonderful host! Highly recommend if you're looking for a serene and comfortable getaway in Tulum!

Was a pleasure staying at the home, everything was as described and photos were perfect! Close to lots of restaurants and not too bad of a drive to the beach. House was immaculately clean! Pool was great and an added bonus! Even better in person. Thank you again for everything.

A really lovely home that we thoroughly enjoyed staying at. We decided not to stay at a resort and chose Tanya’s Airbnb - and we made the best decision because it was private and we did not need to share facilities with anyone else. Uber eats was super easy, and Tanya was truly a genuinely caring host. You can tell she cares about you having a great experience in her home, checking in and offering support during our stay. It exceeded my expectations (you get left some treats to eat! She had many recommendations for what to do and where to eat nearby, the facilities were fantastic) and although it was not the cheapest Airbnb in the area I felt it was great value for money for what was provided.

We loved the place a lot. It felt like home. It is well designed and beautifully laid out. The location was really good and close to everything. The house was quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and spotless. It is very spacious and the host was very friendly and responsive. They facilitated everything we requested with ease. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful airbnb. We were greeted at arrival with a friendly person who showed us the place and explained to us how to use the property. Parking was easily available for our car. The host was always ready to answer any question or request we had. We were very happy and comfortable in this beautiful house. It was everything that we could wish for. I can't wait to come back and enjoy tulum in my new home :-)

Our stay was amazing. House was a dream. Celine and staff were so friendly and attentive. We had groceries delivered, a private chef one night, yoga and massages at the house. We booked our excursions and dinner reservations through the concierge. All of our drivers, and tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The Airbnb was amazing and so peaceful. They took really good care of us and responded in a lonely manner and helped us with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and hopefully will be back soon!

Valeria and her team were increíble! Daniel. Especially! My friends and I stayed at the house and had the absolute best time. Super private, private pool, wonderful space. And we met the neighborhood cat! Everything was amazing. Daniel comes each day to pick up the house and do the dishes. Laundry is available for additional small cost and worth it! We stayed in the Pijiji villa for 4 nights. Our stay was spectacular! Pijiji is set back from the beach, which we knew from the listing's description. But don't let that deter you, it's ~30sec from the villa to the beach. And you have dedicated loungers on the beach, so you never have to worry about getting a spot. The privacy of Pijiji was what set it apart from the other villas on the property. It's nestled on the property surrounded by trees and other lush plants. The front faces toward the beach and enjoys cool breezes and the shade of the surrounding canopy. While the front balcony doesn't have direct views of the ocean (not a problem for us), you can sit and enjoy the warm weather and fresh air while listening to the sounds of the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony after a day down on the beach. Having a private outdoor spot protected from the elements was a welcome plus to our trip. Hui & Stefan are amazing hosts. Their staff is unobtrusive & helpful. — We'll be back!

During our trip we made a stop in Tulum and in particular at Villa Jengibre, it looks like a Hollywood star's villa, spacious rooms, clean and well organized, we were able to relax in the 2 rooftop jacuzzi and in the private garden with pool!! The area is quiet and safe, away from traffic. The house is very large and equipped with all the comforts, I highly recommend it. Communication with Leandro was always quick and in the name of availability and kindness.

I only have one word to say: Thanks to Laura, thanks to Max, who welcomed us in the best way. The house is just beautiful, the pool in the sun and surrounded by this jungle, you feel like you're totally cut off from the world. The quality of the mattresses is impressive, we were back from hiking near Bacalar, well I can say that we had the regeneration we wanted. Laura had advised us to take the massages and the chef at home, I can only validate it was a beautiful evening! If I have to put a very small downside is the quality of the road at the end to get to the house because you feel it's still wild but it's the charm of Tulum😉. We'll be back with pleasure!

Florencio went above and beyond, ensuring every need was met with warmth and efficiency. The place was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for an unforgettable trip. Highly recommend this gem in Tulum!

The home is beautiful and located in a safe area. Rosa was very responsive and knowledgeable about many local spots, which was helpful. However, we were unaware of how frequent and lengthy power outages can be in Mexico. The longest outage we experienced lasted about six hours, which unfortunately affected our plans. For example, after returning from an excursion, the power went out, making it impossible to shower—this ended up being a frustrating inconvenience. Additionally, we encountered two snakes near the pool, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the outdoor space. Thankfully, Rosa quickly called someone to remove them, but it was still an unsettling experience. Overall, while the home and Rosa’s hospitality were great, the power outages and unexpected wildlife encounters impacted our stay.

We had a great stay. When the light in the pool was broken, they responded and fixed immediately.

Great place to stay in Tulum! Three large rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Close to main restaurants of Tulum centro. Felt safe. I would recommend!
