The house can be enjoyed all year-round, with easy access to downhill and cross-country skiing in the winter, and Donner Lake and many hiking and biking trails in the summer. Enjoy a BBQ on the deck and relax on the outdoor seating area in summer. In winter, enjoy epic sledding or have a snowball fight in the backyard.
