Welcome to our home on the Truckee River. The downstairs has an open floor plan with the living area, kitchen/dining & the den all connected with beautiful reclaimed oak hardwood flooring. Granite counters, hickory cabinets, hot tub. The hot tub over looks the Truckee river and all it's beauty. We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Upstairs queen bedroom, a pull out sofa bed downstairs, and pull out twin bed in the loft. Please note inquire if you’d like to bring a pet. Pets are limited to one dog 30lbs or less. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND. We do not offer early check ins or late check outs.

This is a 2,900 sq foot home, with multiple areas for groups to spread out and relax. From the open living area with a wood burning fireplace to the large kitchen, cozy loft, game room, and private office. Bedrooms include a bunk room, two main level / easy access rooms, and extra sleeping in the game room. Kids love the bunks, PS5, and pool table room!

Welcome to Base Camp! Our cozy studio (308 SF) is located in the Tahoe Donner Lodge Condominiums. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Our guests also get discounted tickets to both the Tahoe Donner downhill and cross-country ski resorts. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.
