House holiday rentals in Truckee

The house was very nice and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. It would be a great place to stay during ski season, unfortunately the mountain closed the day we arrived. You could walk to a very nice rec center as well. It was nice to have all the streaming services on the TV. The kitchen was very well stocked which is important to us since we love to cook. Lori was very responsive to any questions.

Jamie’s home was perfect for our family’s stay at Northstar. Roomy, comfortable, and ideally located. We’ll look forward to staying here again!

This is one of the few vacation rentals we've opted to stay at multiple times. Such a clean and pretty home in one of the best locations in Tahoe Donner (we've stayed all over the map within the subdivision). The view is gorgeous in any season, the layout of the house is great, the bedrooms are spacious and the home actually has adequate hooks for wet towels, bathing suits, etc. (this is a peeve of mine when it comes to homes with hot tubs or pools, so this stands out as a small but much-appreciated perk, ha). Really appreciate that Tahoe Getaways actually has real people responding to check-in texts and answering their phones during business hours. We'll definitely be staying here again.

Our family of 4 has a great peaceful stay at Suzanne's home. We like staying in Tahoe Donner when possible and Suzanne's home was the a great option. She was accomodating to our request before arrival and communicated quickly with questions during our stay. The kids loved discovering the kids rocking chair, sleds, baby books and DVDs! We wished we could have stayed longer. thank you for the hospitality

Blue Mountain Haus offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience. With parking right in front of the unit and a shuttle to the village just two doors down. This beautifully remodeled unit in NorthStar at Tahoe feels like home. Thoughtfully decorated, it offers a warm, inviting atmosphere. The well-appointed kitchen has everything needed for the family chef, seamlessly connecting to the dining and family rooms for quality time together. The cozy living room features ample seating, a gas fireplace, and stunning snow-capped hillside views. A quaint balcony with a bistro table is perfect for coffee, wine, or simply enjoying the scenery. Bedrooms are tastefully decorated with plush mattresses, soft linens, and fresh pillows. A stocked laundry area with new machines keeps up with outdoor adventures. Thoughtful details and communicative hosts made this our most memorable vacation rental. This was the perfect place for my family's ski vacation. It's very close to the resorts, a very short drive to the main street of Truckee, and very short walking distance to a little shopping plaza with all the basics- grocery, drugstore, ski shop, a few restaurants, etc. The condo complex is nice and peaceful, people are friendly, and the amenities are good too. The apartment itself was excellent. Clean, uncluttered, but had all the basic supplies and stuff that you need but wouldn't bring with you on vacation. Andrew was a friendly and communicative host. It was all in all a very good experience!

I stayed at this lovely home when I was in Truckee for a wedding and it was perfect for my stay. The home was clean and cozy with clear instructions for everything. It is well stocked with plenty of kitchenware, towels, extra blankets, and more. The layout and location were ideal and in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a big driveway and a garage you can park in. Sean was easy to communicate with and responsive. I didn't need to reach out to him, but it was nice to know he would be available. I would easily stay here again the next time I am up in the Truckee area.

Great place for our annual golf trip! Plenty of space for our group, clean, and updated. Quiet neighborhood with stores/restaurants less than 10 mins away. Would definitely book again!

We had a fantastic stay at Dave's place! As a family of five plus our dog, we found the house to be clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. While we didn’t encounter any issues, Dave was very responsive and made us feel well taken care of. Highly recommend this lovely home for a stress-free and enjoyable stay!

We had a great family reunion with our kids (some live out of state). It was a lovely stay at the cabin, with lots of things close by to do, and a big dining table for games if we wanted to stay in. It was cozy and warm.

We loved our stay here. The home was clean and everything you need for a kitchen is in the kitchen including spices. Kevin was helpful and very friendly. Short drive to Prosser Reservoir which was very peaceful to be at. We will stay here again I sure.

Our 5 night stay was very peaceful, private and relaxing. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, with enough bathrooms for all. Saw 2 bears just walking across the street going between the houses which was a bit exciting and captivating. Would definitely stay here again. Aashish's response time was impeccable, thank you!

We have stayed in Lake Tahoe countless times, but this experience was the best. The house has a fantastic layout and views of the lake from everywhere. Our host, Murat, was extremely friendly and courteous. He made our stay extra special. We will definitely be coming back.

This home was one of the best places we have stayed at for our annual family ski trip. It was so comfortable, yet so spacious! The kitchen was absolutely perfect! We all love to cook in my family and it worked out perfectly. Your kitchen was nicely stocked! It was such a pleasure if we forgot that certain spice, it was in your cabinets. The loft upstairs was perfect for our grandsons and the bedroom. They loved the children toys provided, books, legos, arts and crafts, especially the teepee (that was a hit). The beds were very comfortable! Loved the heated floors! Very quiet neighborhood, the floor plan of your home was great, very spacious but comfortable. We will be back next year!

Wonderful setting and home. Very central to all things in north shore/Tahoe City. We had an issue with water - the city struck a water main - and the host was very responsive in getting us info which was so appreciated. A relaxing week for sure.

Beautiful house that's only minutes from skiing or downtown Truckee. Host was super nice and the place was beautiful. I absolutely loved getting in the hot tub after a day on the slopes.

This place was great for our family get together. Easy access to everything Donner Lake has to offer. 5 minutes to downtown Truckee. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the deck with a view of the lake. Well furnished with lots of amenities and responsive hosts. Definitely on our list of places to return to.

Such a wonderful stay for the weekend! Everything was clean, warm and welcoming. The neighborhood was so serene. Instructions for check in and check out were clear. As far as checkout, I recommend taking the trash out the night before you plan to leave. It’ll save you a back and forth trip the morning of! I would definitely plan a stay here again!

This place is STUNNING. Great location. The inside is modern and so gorgeous, we skipped several activities because we would rather stay at the air bnb and hangout. Beds were so comfortable, we all took pictures of the labels so we could buy them for ourselves, haha. Korri is extremely responsive and easy to work with for any concerns. We loved our stay, made for the most perfect bachelorette cabin.
