South Berkeley Cottage

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO BOOKING. The nightly rate has been discounted to account for construction in the main house (cottage sits in the back). The work is mainly inside now and begins weekdays (no weekends) at 7am and there is construction debris in the garden. IF THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU, please come visit us in the fall when work has been completed. Please reference that you have read this message or you may not receive a response. Separate entrance to sun-filled, spacious studio apartment above main house. Private balcony overlooks a large garden that guests may use. 15+ minute walk to UC, downtown theaters, restaurants, BART to San Francisco. Queen bed, sitting area, and small fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster (not a full kitchen). 6 steps to front door; 14 steps to the studio. If over 6 ft. tall, this might not be for you (low ceiling). If you want peace & quiet surrounded by a beautiful garden this is for you!

Chill Urban Oasis at the Calmpound!

A lovely one-bedroom, 2 bed house in a beautiful tropical garden setting near the Bay and a mile from Cal. Truly and urban oasis in the middle of the city. We have some of the best weather in the country and create wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy it. We live next door. Excellent walking neighborhood with easy public transit. The cottage is minutes from downtown SF (only 12 miles drive.) Long term guest are the best, so feel free to inquire. House accommodates two comfortably... Come chill!

This lovey sunny Berkeley hills, smoke free little apartment is a fifteen minute walk down hill to UC Berkeley, or dining at Chez Panisse or pizza at the Cheese Board. Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. Our neighbors are close to completing a new house on their property. Occasional construction noise during the weekday is to be expected. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s puppy. She is friendly and can be confined.

Well designed, peaceful & sunny cottage - Berkeley

Come stay in a quiet, peaceful cottage in a sunny backyard on a great street in Berkeley. There's a large skylight and lots of light. The cottage has its own entrance accessed from the backyard, and is separate from the house. You can spend time relaxing on the outdoor furniture. We're about a mile from Berkeley Bowl, close to UCB, restaurants, shops. The cottage is very relaxing. People love staying here.

Lovely little light-filled studio in back of Julia Morgan home in the heart of Berkeley's charming Elmwood neighborhood. Just blocks from shopping, restaurants, UC Berkeley campus and hiking trails. Sunny studio near UCB

Our sunny studio has a comfortable queen bed, efficient kitchen, and small bathroom with a shower. The only sink is in the kitchen. Large windows look out on our garden. Newly renovated, clean. Near shops and cafes and an easy walk to public transportation. We have just added a sleeper sofa. A third person can be accommodated for an additional charge.
