We had a wonderful stay at Patricia’s. The apartment was exactly as pictured: very well-appointed kitchen and bathroom and nicely decorated. The location was very convenient with a grocery store and drug store nearby. It was also nice to have a lot of street parking available. We would recommend!

It was my fourth time staying at the Oak’s Nest, and it was just as excellent as the first. Sarah and Darrell are the best hosts I’ve ever had, and in a place as gorgeous as theirs, it’s hard to resist coming back. Can’t recommend it enough!

Sunny’s place was a clean, light filled studio loft in the sky. The bed was comfy, the bathroom spacious and spotless and French doors leading out to the deck made an already large studio apartment feel even more generous. The location was perfect for exploring north Berkeley. Very easy walking distance to most anything you might want or need. Thank you Sunny for your clear communication and a lovley stay.

Cozy and peaceful stay! The space was clean and quiet, with a lovely book collection. Ben and Liz communicated clearly and were great hosts throughout. Would definitely stay again!

My husband and I have been coming to Berkeley for many years to visit my sister and Benny's apartment is the most comfortable place of them all. The neighborhood is so Berkeley with plenty of bikers, walkers, dogs and kids but not many cars. Very quiet. We cooked dinner most nights and found everything we needed in the well-equipped kitchen. The heating was very efficient and most welcome on chilly mornings. David really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the afternoon sun doing his sudoku puzzles. Benny's will be our first choice when we return to Berkeley in the fall.

The perfect stay in Berkeley - easy to find, great and safe parking spot, spotless apartment, newly furnished with thoughtful details like a few snacks, quiet neighbourhood yet very close to Downtown and UC Berkeley. Also easy to take the over to San Francisco. For runners, great tracks up the hills nearby. This is how an AirBnB should be!

The apartment is on a nice residential street near a park, shopping and restaurants. Roomy layout and comfortable beds, bright and pleasant interior. This is a great value for visiting our family nearby. We will definitely stay here again.

Ayo's place was absolutely perfect from the location to the amenities. It was a wonderful home base for us to explore Berkeley and attend Commencement activities on the UC Berkeley campus while still providing us with a quiet, residential refuge to rest (not to mention an incredibly comfortable bed). We would definitely book again!

The garden casita was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. We had everything necessary for a month stay.. The hosts were very responsive and their parents who live in the main house were more than kind and welcoming, they even brought our amazon packages to the casita door. We could not have asked for a more comfortable and relaxing stay!

This is a very comfortable place to stay. The linens and toiletries were nice, if not exceptional. I was concerned at first that the bed might be too soft, but I slept like a little lamb. It is within a short walk of the BART and also near Berkeley Bowl, one of the best groceries in the USA. Although we did hear a little noise from a TV in the next apartment, as some reviewers have mentioned, it was turned off at a reasonable time so it did not really bother us. Parking was easy behind the building, and the staircase up was not any big burden.

Very clean, very quiet. Did feel like one was at the edge of a forest. Comfortable. Good wifi.

This place was a great find! I stayed for a week and really felt at home, it’s a beautiful space. Cali and her team were super responsive and helped me check in early when my plans changed unexpectedly. Really nice area and overall a great stay.

This was our 2nd time staying at Lili’s place. She was so kind to let us check in early so my husband could work remotely. The place is conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

Great stay at Liz’s place for family of 3. Perfect location for UC Berkeley and Rockridge. Apartment is as described. Nice walk into town with short steep incline. Beautiful deck and fully stocked. We hosted a small graduation barbecue and Liz was very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. If you have trouble with steps this is not the place for you.

The location and space was perfect for our needs! Clean, and larger than we expected from the photos. We especially enjoyed the hot tub/gazebo and the balcony.

I am so grateful for my stay in Dylan And Alex's place! It was clean, safe, quiet, easy to check in, and easy to check out. I was able to walk everywhere - grocery, restaurants, and all types of stores within walking distance. Dylan and Alex are so friendly and proactive to be helpful. I loved Albina's place. It was so perfect for what we were looking for. It was cute, easy to find, easy parking and just so lovely. The highlight was the view. The bedroom window looked out to the city and the ocean. We never even turned the TV on since the view from the bed was just spectacular. We literally just watched the ocean and boats going by as the sunset before our eyes. The moon then came out and we went to bed just staring out at the sky. I hope to be able to stay here again. It was such a magical retreat.

This property and experience is a gem! The location is gorgeous and central, the space is homey yet elegant and spacious and the hosts are lovely and responsive. A very well appointed and relaxing stay in the heart of the city. I very much look forward to returning.

We absolutely loved everything about Eurydice's space. So elegant in its simplicity, and clearly prioritizing coziness and livability. She's thought of so many touches that made it all the more welcoming: extra throws and blankets, a fan and heater in the closet in case you need a temperature adjustment, a night light in the bathroom, super comfy seating and bed. All this set in a gorgeous garden that's very convenient to public transportation and very walkable to boot. On top of all that, Eurydice was a great host: very responsive, warm, and welcoming, even though I never ran into her while we were there. This place really felt like home away from home, and the most difficult part was getting myself to leave! :)

This was a gem of an airbnb! The space is beautifully put together, very clean and comfortable - I almost didn't want to leave it! The location can't be beat - just steps away from Castro and a short walk over to Dolores Park/mission. Cory was extremely pleasant to communicate with, super helpful and eager to be a resource, and very proactive in addressing a next door neighbor's construction mess. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to any future guests!

I had a truly lovely and seamless stay at this Airbnb. My family and I stayed here for 8 nights while celebrating my graduation from UC Berkeley, and it was the perfect home base. The check-in process was smooth and convenient, everything was handled through an app that also gave us access to the building’s many amenities. The apartment itself was spotless and had clearly been cleaned right before our arrival. I barely had to contact the host because everything was so well-prepared, but when I did, she was responsive, kind, and understanding. The location is ideal, right in the heart of downtown Oakland. It's just a short walk to the BART station, making it easy to get anywhere in the Bay Area, and the AC Transit bus stop is only two streets away. Being in the city center also made us feel safe and connected to everything we needed. If you're looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Oakland, I highly recommend this Airbnb!
