Million, Billion Trillion $$$ View~So. Lake Tahoe

Million dollar view!!! No joke! 2bd/1bth. Newly remodeled and super cozy! Large kitchen with all the essentials, 55inch smart TV in living room with gas fireplace. Huge patio deck with views of Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Ski Resort. Less than 5 min drive to Boulder or Stage Coach ski lift. Downtown South Lake Tahoe/Casino corridor 7 minutes away if you hit the light right. There are several stairs to achieve this view, but not to worry, I have someone that shovels the stairs on those snowy days.

Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.
