Welcome TO the HOUSE IM REED 1 - The cozy home on Lake Hainer. Our adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk), in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. Open the doors and the large, wrap-around wooden terrace becomes the outdoor extension of the inner comfort zone in apartment 3. Here you can enjoy the sun from breakfast to a drink at sunset, without losing sight of the lake.

Our cozy cottage SEElig is located on a 700 m² lake plot with exclusive private beach, sauna and fireplace and offers fantastic panoramic views over the Mühlfeldsee. Spread over 2 floors and with a living area of 90 m², on the ground floor you will find the first of two bedrooms, the modern bathroom with walk-in real glass shower, as well as the cozy living and dining area (including small cozy corner for our small guests) with fireplace and open kitchen.

Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 10, you have a wonderful view of the lake, unobstructed nature and an unforgettable sunrise from the south and north-east facing wooden terraces.

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish space. In just a few steps you can reach the sandy beach, which invites you to bathe and swim. The apartment has two stand-up paddles that can also be used. You can easily explore Lake Goitzsche and adjacent lakes by bike. A dream for nature lovers! The apartment complex is still in the development phase. We would like to point out possible impairments.

You have a tour around the entire house You can sit on a handmade bench on the jetty and it won't take long for you to have a conversation partner. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our vacation home is located in Saaldorf, a small town on the largest dam in Germany. In the middle of the Thuringian Highlands Nature Park, on the foothills of the Thuringian Forest, the dammed Saale meanders here for a length of 28 km to the dam in Gräfenwarth. Perfect for boating, fishing, standup paddling, swimming, hiking and cycling.

In total, there are 3 apartments for rent: Glückskind ( 4 pers.), Seeschlösschen (4 pers.) and Kleine Lensucht (2 pers.) Rent all year round via MoMarehainersee - sauna from Oct.-May.

Our holiday home is particularly characterized by its modern and comfortable furnishings and the direct location on Lake Geiseltal. It is only a few steps to Marina Mücheln. The spacious terrace with garden invites you to relax or play with the children. Directly on the large bedroom there is a balcony overlooking the lake as well as the Marina Mücheln.

Our newly built (May 2020) spacious holiday home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hain and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
