Inside the house you will find 5 comfortable bedrooms, a large living room with a foosball table and a fully equipped kitchen. Table tennis is available in the garage for your entertainment. Enjoy swimming in the pond right next to the house, which is just for you. In winter, we recommend snow chains. Parking is possible behind the fence or in the garage.

The apartment is part of a family house with a large garden. Suitable especially for families with children. Located in a quieter part of the village, it is about 300m to the center. The house is protected from the north by a rock massif called the Pantheon, where there is a chapel and the ruins of Vranov Castle. Everything can be seen directly from the garden. In the garden there is also a roofed pergola with a grill in the middle, a playground, a trampoline, a magic show and swings. Possibility of parking behind the fence. The apartment is located close to the Ski&Sun ski lift and a few minutes' walk from the promenade in Świeradów-Zdrój. Beautiful mountain view from the balcony. The building has an Italian restaurant Monte Verde, with delicious Italian cuisine. The property is close to the city center. A large living room, two Smart TVs in the apartment and strong Wi-Fi provide entertainment, e.g. for children who miss Netflix :) There is a summer-winter mattress in the bedroom. Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.
