The building has an Italian restaurant Monte Verde, with delicious Italian cuisine. The property is close to the city center. A large living room, two Smart TVs in the apartment and strong Wi-Fi provide entertainment, e.g. for children who miss Netflix :) There is a summer-winter mattress in the bedroom. Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.
