The living room is connected to a spacious kitchen with a generous view of the panorama of Malá Skála and its surroundings. The spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms - one with a double bed (or two beds next to each other, which can be moved and separated if necessary) and one bedroom with a bunk bed and one single bed. Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.

A comfortable apartment for six people with three bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a sauna and a laundry room. Guests have access to a terrace overlooking the Karkonosze Mountains. Comfortable parking. In the area belonging to the apartments, in the common area, there are two barbecue stations and a fenced fireplace/bonfire.

Thanks to its location at an altitude of 570 meters above sea level and the layout of the rooms, our house is attractive all year round. We offer a comfortable 1930s-style interior. A hot sauna awaits you in the basement.
