The orchard and plantation give a sense of isolation and freedom from the presence of the hosts. It is a place for people who value the silence, freedom and comfort of home. The kitchen is fully equipped, including sugar, salt and tea. Downstairs there is a sofa bed, upstairs there is an open space - 2 continental beds give exceptional sleeping comfort to both couples and people who want to sleep separately.

A cozy and stylish apartment in the center of the mountains for max 2+3. In the living room: table, equipped kitchenette (pressure coffee machine, dishwasher), smartTV, comfortable sofa bed (140x200). Modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. Comfortable chairs on the balcony. In the bedroom, there is a large bed with a comfortable mattress and a single bed located higher. The building has a public SAUNA open daily from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (with reservation of places), elevator, parking space in the garage.

Colomba Świeradów-Zdrój apartment

The apartment is located close to the Ski&Sun ski lift and a few minutes' walk from the promenade in Świeradów-Zdrój. Beautiful mountain view from the balcony. The building has an Italian restaurant Monte Verde, with delicious Italian cuisine. The property is close to the city center. A large living room, two Smart TVs in the apartment and strong Wi-Fi provide entertainment, e.g. for children who miss Netflix :) There is a summer-winter mattress in the bedroom. Depending on your preferences, you can reverse it.

Our cozy cottage is located in the middle of the Jizera Mountains. It is suitable for both a group of people and families with children. It accommodates 8 guests. Everything is furnished for maximum rest and relaxation. The cottage is fully equipped from the kitchen to the children's corner. Under the pergola there is an outdoor seating, sauna and ice shower. Ski resorts are located in close proximity to the house. In summer, we recommend walks along beautiful bike paths. We have a loom for children in the cottage.

It is located near two boarding points on the world-famous Singltrek bike trails, a swimming pool, a playground, a relaxation and sports complex and many beautiful tourist destinations. The apartment is fully equipped - there is also a washing machine, dryer, TV, crib or air conditioning.

The Szyszka apartment is located in the picturesque Izerski Resort complex. It consists of a spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can use the sauna area in the building. The sauna is open from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. From the balcony, where there is a seating area, you can admire the panorama of the Jizera Mountains. The apartment has a parking space in the garage. The building has a room for sports equipment and an elevator.

Popielato - a house with a hot tub and fireplace

POPIELATO - a small house (35 m²) with a hot tub for 4 people on the outskirts of the village of Grudza - 15 minutes from Świeradów Zdrój, 30 minutes from Szklarska Poręba. From here you have a fantastic panorama of the Sudeten Mountains. The house has two separate bedrooms (one on the mezzanine), kitchen, bathroom and living room. We have a fireplace and a hot tub accessible directly from the large terrace. Firewood is at your disposal free of charge.

In summer, it is possible to come with bicycles and enjoy the landscape with its unique beauty. In winter, especially during the winter holidays, we prefer accommodation for the whole week, i.e. from Saturday to Saturday.
