The nicest summer house a few meters from the sea

Cottage for rent We have decided to rent out our beautiful cottage located on Grasten on the island of Thurø, which has a permanent connection to Svendborg. 200 meters from the cottage is the tourist ferry Helge, and with it you can sail all the way to Svendborg city. The house is 74 m2 and consists of a kitchen-dining-living room, 1 bathroom, entrance, bedroom, children's room and a rest area with a sofa bed. Large south-facing wooden terrace with garden table/chairs and barbecue. The house is located right next to Svendborgsund. In fact, there are only 10 meters down to your own beach and your own jetty, from which you can take a nice dip, catch crabs, collect stones and play, build sand castles, only the imagination sets limits. After various beach activities, you can enjoy a shower under the house's outdoor shower, which has both cold and hot water. The view is absolutely phenomenal with a view of Langeland, Tåsinge (Valdemarslot). At sea, there is always life of sailing ships and boats, as our house is located right at the entrance to Svendborg. In addition, many birds, porpoises and seals are seen. Everywhere is green and peaceful, no noise from cars, only birdsong to break the silence. There are large forests a walk away. If you are interested in fishing, you can catch flatfish, trout, etc. from the jetty. We have two kayaks and two children's kayaks that can be borrowed. Life jackets for children and adults are also available. We also have a beautiful Finnish sauna in wood, built by real Finns who even brought wood and a stove from Finland. Enjoy a dip in the sea and then experience the warmth of the lovely sauna. There is room for 1 family of max. 4 people. You must bring your own linen, towels, dishcloths, tea towels, etc. We have no TV, but lots of board games 😉 Wifi is available. Facilities: Dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, electric kettle, fridge + freezer, Nespresso machine, toaster. The house is heated with electric heat, in addition to a wood pellet stove. The price is exclusive of electricity consumption. Electricity meter is checked on arrival and departure and paid via mobile pay to no. 60619449 or in cash. Everything must be cleaned up/emptied and then cleaned by a cleaning company.

Bright and warm house, 1.5 km from Svendborg city center, with lots of green space and a good view. There are two floors and all three bedrooms are on the 1st floor. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a south-facing terrace and direct access to a public park with playground. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the water where there is a swimming bridge and changing facilities. 5 minutes walk to a small forest. Bus stop 100 m. The basement is rented out permanently with its own entrance, i.e. the washing machine and dryer are shared.

It is 4 km to the beach and 4 km to Svendborg. You can quickly get to the cozy city atmosphere, while always having the peace and quiet of nature at your fingertips. Cozy 1st floor apartment of 75 sqm - 3 min walk from Svendborg's cozy pedestrian street network and 900 m to the beach and harbor. The home has its own entrance with the possibility of using the unique garden. The apartment sleeps 4 (with the possibility of 2 extra beds - for a fee) and contains two separate bedrooms, a nice bright living room with visible beams and a kitchen in connection with the living room with dining space for 6 people. There is a large bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen. Barbecue in the garden

Enjoy scenic hikes, visit Faaborg and nearby castles and villages and explore the UNESCO heritage South Fyn Archipelago.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Here you live close to nature and city life with cafes, shops and cultural experiences within walking distance. Experience the South Funen Archipelago, take a walk on the Archipelago Trail or visit Valdemarsslot. During your stay, we live on the ground floor and are happy to help if you have any questions.

Svendborg/Vindeby, private beach

Beautiful villa directly to Svendborgsund with its own beach and jetty, large garden with large terraces and 13 m2 beach house and indoor/outdoor dining areas with barbecue and pizza oven, on a quiet residential road. Plenty of space, 160 m2, large kitchen/living room, 2 living rooms, 2 separate bedrooms, loft, toilet and bathroom. Close to forest and good hiking/biking trails. A few minutes' drive to Svendborg.

Guesthouse Aagaarden

Hyggelig og rummelig ferielejlighed på 110m2. Den indeholder badeværelse, stort køkken og stor stue, hvorfra der er skøn udsigt over Nakkebølle fjord. Derudover indeholder lejligheden soveværelse og repos på 1.sal med henholdsvis 180 cm, 120 cm og 90 cm seng. Egen terrasse og masser af græsplæne at boltre sig på. Terrassen er nyanlagt i april 2022 og havemøblerne er ligeledes fra april 2022 (se sidste billede).

Charming urban guesthouse with park access

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Small but good is the motto of the renovated old laundry house, which is close to the beach, forest and town. There is a private terrace with two chairs and a cafe table and access to the main house's large park garden. In addition, there are up to two duvets and bed linen, and of course there are towels for both of you.
