There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room. The garden has a large wooden terrace with dining area as well as a trampoline, fireplace and play equipment. The house is centrally located with only 500 meters to the beach, marina and pedestrian street.

 You can easily get to Svendborg's city and cultural life on foot or by bike along paths along the archipelago, by car over the embankment or sailing on the sound.

With us, you will stay very close to both the city center, marina, beaches and the harbor environment around Svendborg Sund (5 min. walk). The charming 1900s house of 170 m2 offers three bright living rooms, an en-suite and a large dining kitchen. On the 1st floor there are three bedrooms (bed width: 180, 140, 120), and a lovely morning terrace. Full basement with possibility of extra bedding in the room. In the garden with fruit trees, bushes and lawn you will find an evening terrace. Toilet/bathroom on all floors. 2 parking spaces.
