We live in a lovely brick villa from 1900, where we rent out our basement apartment. The basement is newly renovated and has its own entrance. In the basement, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. There is underfloor heating throughout the basement. You will stay centrally in Svendborg Vest - with a short distance to the city center, forest and beach. There is free parking in front of the home. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Svendborg Vest train station and is easy to get to from the highway.

A 5-minute walk from Svendborg's cozy pedestrian streets, this basement apartment has its own entrance. The apartment consists of a large room with a double bed, sofa group and TV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and private bathroom with shower. From this base you can easily explore Svendborg city. Visit the city's cozy harbor environment with old sailing ships and hop on one of the many ferries that sail around the South Funen Archipelago. The city's old shipyard is full of culture, exciting initiatives and cafes.

Thurø, Svendborg, by the water

This cozy place to stay has two bright and spacious bedrooms, a large common room with daybed. Private toilet/bathroom. Kitchenette with fridge and dining area. The apartment is on the 1st floor, so you have it to yourselves. Approximately 200 meters to the beach, water and jetty. Duvets, pillows, bed linens, and towels are included. The apartment is not suitable for people with mobility problems. In addition, the staircase has no stair gate, and the home is therefore not suitable for small children who are not used to stairs.

The apartment is close to the water and close to shopping and a pizzeria. In the apartment, there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of space. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with room for two. In front of the apartment on the porch, there is the opportunity to sit and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Sunny apartment in an charming old house situated in a protected area-2 km from castle, town, beach and forest. The house lies on a smal road with some traffic. The front garden, leading to the inlet, is across this smal road. Here you find your own private part of the garden with table and chairs and a view of the inlet. You also have table and chairs close by the house. In the new kitchen the guests make their own breakfast. The place can be booked longer term at a lower price.

Close to the Øhavsstien, which is in Egebjerg hills. Blue Rock put and take is 500 meters from the house. Private parking right outside the door. Close to Svendborg, where there are ferries to the beautiful South Funen archipelago.

1st floor in the old teacher's residence

Untidy home with private entrance. The buses on Ærø are free and go right outside the door. Located right between Ærøskøbing and Søby. There are no common areas, as guests have access to the room, bathroom and kitchen for light cooking, dining area as well as outdoor dining area alone. The kitchen for easier cooking contains a hob with associated pots and a pan as well as an air fryer.
