Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, spacious, and just what we needed for a weeks long get away. It was a nice walk to local beach access, and we felt like it was just far enough outside of the “city” to be a peaceful and low key vacation. The neighborhood was tidy and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool on our days off of the beach & our mornings spent on the screened in porch.

Taylor’s place was true to the listing pictures and descriptions. Everything about the condo was clean, organized, and Taylor was very responsive about any needs we had. We had a toddler with us and we were very pleased to find some beach toys in a storage bench outside. We loved having the beach such a short walk away and we saw dolphins from the balcony one afternoon during our stay. The sunset view from the balcony was excellent! We chose this location hoping for a quiet and calm beach experience and it definitely met our expectations! Other notes: -the condo was very clean and did not smell strongly of synthetic fragrances which was great for me -the walls are thick and we didn’t hear anyone above or next to us through the walls or ceiling

This place is wonderful! The home is right on the beach. There is a public access right next door but it is not an issue at all. The beach area isn’t crowded and the view from the two decks is terrific. Only a short 5 minute or so drive to many places. Groceries, shops and restaurants of the 30A area. Highly recommended.

Better than the photos! It was so spacious and had everything we needed. We felt right at home. The AC was nice and cold and the theme of the home was splendid. Would most definetely book again! The beach chairs and the distance to the beach was just as described. Thank you for such a memorable experience from our huge family and I. <3

We stayed here for by bach trip and it was the perfect location! Megan was so nice and helpful during the entirety of the stay!

The home was perfect. This was our first siblings trip with my mom and she only wanted to visit Panama City. She didn’t really want to do anything special but the location, accommodations, and response were all great. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful and clean condo. Exactly as described. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is very helpful. Easy check and check out. This condo gives wonderful ocean views and loved the lounger out on the deck. Kitchen is full of many utensils etc. Location wise, not a lot of restaurants in direct walking distance. Bike rental's available and we drove too. Not too far of a drive though to different restaurants and yummy food. There are several stairs that you walk down for the beach access. We usually bring a beach wagon but with the stairs we just left the wagon in the car and chose to carry items. Overall, we rated the condo 5/5 and it was a great trip for our one year anniversary. Thanks again to the hosts!

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location—just a short walk to the beach. Having a Dollar General right next door was super clutch for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we forgot to pack. Would definitely stay again!

The condo is very nice, clean, peaceful. Pictures are wonderful in showing you what to expect yet the experience of it is So Much More. I definitely recommend this location. 2 thumbs up, a perfect score

This was our second time visiting The Pelican's Nest, and it was just as comfortable and fun as the first time. I recommend this Airbnb for people who enjoy being close to the water and a quiet place to hang out.

Nina’s place was very clean and check-in was easy. Nina provided clear instructions regarding parking and check-in along with checkout instructions. We loved the view from the balcony and having a king bed in both bedrooms was nice. Elevators were a bit hit or miss, only 2 working elevators out of 3 when we got there and one day they were down to 1 working elevator. Overall a great stay!

Couldn't be happier with our stay! Lovely place to stay while visiting the beach. The place was perfectly clean, very easy to find, and both the bed and pull out bed were comfortable. Plus the front yard is absolutely GORGEOUS! If we come back to Panama city and this place is available we will definitely stay again

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Astrid, the host, was also amazing from start of booking through the end of our trip. We look forward to staying here again!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

We stayed at Preston and Sarah Kate’s for Memorial Day weekend with our 1 year old and we had an amazing time. I was so impressed by how detailed all of the instructions were and the convenience of have a site we can refer to that answered an questions we would have, including local recommendations. The best part of all is that this place is literally across the street from the beach entrance and has a quiet area reserved for guests. Preston and Sarah Kate have everything you’ll need for the beach which makes it super convenient for traveling without the worry of overpacking or buying things you’ll only need once. Can’t recommend this place more! Look forward to our next stay!

Stephanie was a great host! The condo was exactly as promised. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed how clean the condo was. No sand on the floors, no hair in the bathrooms and the lines were all fresh! The updated kitchen was beautiful, as well as the other furnishings. Everything was as promised plus more! We will be back when staying at Pinnacle Port.

This place was absolutely breathtaking!! Eric was a wonderful host! It was everything and more than we expected!! Great for our whole family! The place was clean, and comfy!! We will definitely be renting again next year!

I can’t say enough great things about this condo! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with stunning ocean views and a clean, beautifully decorated space that instantly felt like home. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand, private, and close to other amenities and 30A area. The chair and umbrella service at the beach was also a big plus, and the easiness to get to the beach, parking space, pool, condo and shops was just wonderful. Great communication with hosts. Looking to repeat it, highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape!

The apartment was great and exactly what we were looking for. Clean, new, baby friendly and the location was perfect with so much to do right outside! Walkable to nearby beaches & pavilions. Communication was also amazing, providing local recommendations and very easy to get in touch with.
