The location of the accommodation is an excellent central starting point for different destinations and activities in the Stubai Valley. The center of the city of Innsbruck is about 18 km from Fulpmes. Nice little apartment in the middle of the Ötztal

The property is located close to Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500 m above sea level). Here you will find a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, you can reach the surrounding ski areas in 20 minutes by car. The (ski) bus stop is 2.5 km away. In the main season, a taxi runs to the stop 2 times. Restaurants and shopping in Längenfeld/Huben.

Located in the center of a beautiful mountain village, minutes away from the ski resort with plenty of winter sports from ski touring, tobogganing and winter hiking just outside your door. A free bus is available for all guests (staying 2 nights or longer) from St. Sigmund to Kühtai. Public transportation is available from Innsbruck.

Everything Comfort apartment, No premium card is included in this apartment price Tourist tax is charged on site €3.50 per person per night in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Saturday. You can view the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. Breakfast can be booked on site. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.

Since there is no supermarket, it is best to stop at the supermarket "MPreis" in Kematen (Oberinntaler Strasse 11, 6175 Kematen).
