For those of you looking for a house with room for the whole family or just want to get out in the countryside. You will find this house in a family-friendly area about 7 km from Nykvarn's center. Approximately 40 minutes by car to Stockholm. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen/living room and laundry room. At the back, we have a large patio with a hot tub and barbecue. (hot tub in summer) On the property, there is a playhouse, swings and other things that the children can use 🙂 We are flexible with check-in/check-out.

You can reach Stockholm by train in under 40 minutes and the train station is only 7 minutes walking distance from the house. It takes about 15 minutes by bicycle to Mariefred. The house is modern, only 4 years old and well adapted to a family with children. In the garden there is swing, trampoline, 2 rabbits and access to bikes in various sizes. On the terrace there are two dining areas and barbecue.
