we were two families with children who visited this home and we can't be more than satisfied. wonderful garden with a lovely patio, lovely garden with an abundance of strawberries and the house was great! Pernilla was helpful and came up with several tips for us who visited stringnäs for the first time. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, we did not have very nice weather but due to the pleasant house this was no problem. The atmosphere was very nice and the house comfortable. With the pizza oven, you can bake delicious pizzas. We were able to walk our dog directly from the house into the woods and scramble over the rocks. Nearby also boulder blocks can be found where you can bouldering. Stockholm can also be easily reached from here. Within 1 hour drive more than enough activities to do, walking, horse riding, horseback riding, canoeing, swimming. The contact with Amelie is also very pleasant.

The house is beautiful, modern, clean and large and is in a beautiful place. The house is fully equipped and is close to the lake where you can fish, swim and SUP from the jetty. Morgan is a friendly and helpful host.

We really enjoyed the holiday at Helena's place! The cottage is nicely and practically furnished. It is only a few meters away from the lake, we could always jump into the lake on the private shore or explore the lake with our brought boats. Even the long bright evenings with fire on the lake shore were pure relaxation. Helena is a very nice and helpful host. In her uncomplicated and open manner, she always helped us when needed and gave great excursion tips. We really liked the peace and seclusion of the accommodation, but at the same time you are also quickly in the surrounding places or (best by train) in Stockholm. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation was lovely, exactly like the photos, warm and homely. Gorgeous countryside all around. The host was fantastic, helpful and on hand. We were able to feed the cows with the host which we all thoroughly enjoyed, especially the children. We have a fabulous three nights here

Highly recommend Felix's cottage! Incredibly nicely renovated and so cozy. Spent Easter here and looking forward to coming back when the pool is open. Quiet and incredibly peaceful, and the highest cosiness factor with a fire like and sauna.

Quaint, rustic, perfect for what we needed. Tight quarters low ceilings watch your head if you’re tall. Perfect for 2 people.

I, along with 10 friends, slept here for two nights and the accommodation was far beyond expectations. The house is huge and in very good condition inside. The beds are comfortable and there are large areas for socializing, a large sofa group that seats 10, and dinner for 10 people sitting was no problem at all in the dining room. The house is completely private with a huge garden that surrounds the house with barbecue, patio, etc. We saw lots of animals: flocks of deer, two huge moose, a peacock and much more. We really enjoyed our stay, even though the weather was so-so (no swimming). We had planned activities elsewhere during the days, but we all agreed that we could just as well have spent all the time in the house. Everything you need is in the kitchen and a superb gas grill is in place. Our host Jacob was quick to respond. We felt well cared for and at the same time left in peace. I will definitely come back here at the first opportunity. Thank you!

We are a family with three children who spent two amazing weeks in this pleasant house. Large and lovely garden with trampoline, sandbox and swing. Perfect if you have children! Then we must not forget the lovely pool that we took advantage of every day! The house was perfect for us who have a small 1.5 year old with both high chair and cot as well as a room with lots of toys. It was clean and you felt at home. The host was very nice and always responded quickly to our questions. We also appreciated that it was close to the grocery store and beach. Highly recommend this place !

The accommodation was simply a dream! With great attention to detail and an unforgettable view of the lake! Superbly equipped, we didn't lack anything. It was lovely to use the terraces and have a barbecue in the evening. Supermarkets are nearby and can be reached quickly by car. We had a really good time and would definitely love to come back. Contact with Maria and Dessi was great, with great tips, and they always responded quickly. Highly recommended!

I, my partner and our two children 3 & 0 years had a great stay with Samuel & Åsa as hosts during our 5 days in Stockholm. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and commuter trains to get into the city. The accommodation was super cozy in a quiet area, will definitely book the same again next time we have the roads past Stockholm (if it is available).

This was by far the best Airbnb I stayed! I was at Angelica and Olof’s place for 3 months and the hosts were amazing the whole time (even got me some lovely Easter chocolates :D) The place was recently renovated and you can see how much love they put into the details. There's an big open area by the pool that basically becomes your private front yard - the hosts were very much focus on giving guest their private - which was awesome for my dog. The location is walking distance from a bus stop and Rissne subway station, and the neighbourhood is super calm and with lots of great walks around small/medium parks. Or if you want to walk a little more you can reach great forests and larger parks. And of course: a sauna INSIDE your house is the cherry on top. I cannot recommend it enough!

Among the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! We were ten friends celebrating a birthday, and this house was absolutely perfect for the purpose. Everything was 10/10. The houses are nice and thoughtfully decorated, and we felt at home right away. The kitchen and kitchen island became our natural hangout, where we could both cook and socialise at the same time. In addition, it was perfect for saunas, cooking in the outdoor kitchen, drinks in the evening sun by the pool house followed by dinner in the orangery. Everything and a little more was here for an unforgettable weekend. Albin and Nina are very nice and easy to deal with. They went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Thanks for a fantastic stay - we'll be happy to come back again!

We had a fantastic stay at Carl’s beautiful house in Stockholm! The home and decor was absolutely gorgeous, making the space feel both stylish and cozy. The pool was a wonderful addition, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal, close to the city center, making it easy to get around. Carl, was excellent with communication, ensuring we had everything we needed for a great family stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Camilla and Jörgen were very friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond. The cabin was very spacious, well equipped and all the beds were very comfy. If you are planning to rent a car I would highly recommend Hertz rental as they had a self check in box that was open 24/7. It took only 30 minutes to get from Vasteras airport to the cabin. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and we’d love to visit again.

There should be a category of Airbnb extra coziness and this home meets it! Quiet, cozy, modern, clean, sweet personal touches like some candy and chips, both dishwasher and fire, large parking, nature close by! Also, a host who is flexible, friendly, and quick to respond. See you again in a year. This was really great !

We had a wonderful weekend in the charming and cozy cottage by Lake Mälaren. The peaceful location was perfect for relaxing, and the cabin itself was both homely and well equipped. What made the weekend extra memorable were our amazing hosts, Ulla-Lena and Peter, and their warm treatment and genuine hospitality. We are very grateful for a nice weekend and highly recommend a stay here to anyone seeking a relaxing and personal experience.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year's Eve in the house. Emma and her father Mats are wonderful hosts through and through. They 🎄 set up a Christmas tree especially for us, explained everything in the house to us and we learned a lot about the area and received great excursion tips. It was like being with good friends. The house is equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It was just wonderful to sit by the fireplace overlooking the lake. Stockholm is just an hour away. We can warmly recommend the house even in winter!!!

Our family of 3 had a wonderful week. The house is quiet, spacious, and beautiful. Lake Mälaren was just a couple of minutes walk from the door. Our 9 year-old enjoyed the trampoline in the back garden, braving a swim from the private jetty, and regularly seeing deer and horses nearby. We also enjoyed the guitar, because we could play it outside with nobody close enough to be annoyed by it! For somewhere that feels remote, it was easy to drive to Stockholm (1 hour). There’s an old steamboat that picks up from another jetty less than 10 minutes walk from the house, which took us to the pretty town of Mariefred. We also had an afternoon in a canoe on another lake, about 40 mins away, which we’d highly recommend. (Search 'kanotkungen sedan 1975'.) Jennifer was the perfect host — generous and excellent at communication. She met us on arrival, showed us around the house, and shared lots of great tips for places to visit, things to do, and where to get great cakes and food.
