Holiday rentals with lake access in Strängnäs Municipality

we were two families with children who visited this home and we can't be more than satisfied. wonderful garden with a lovely patio, lovely garden with an abundance of strawberries and the house was great! Pernilla was helpful and came up with several tips for us who visited stringnäs for the first time. Thanks for a great stay!

The house is beautiful, modern, clean and large and is in a beautiful place. The house is fully equipped and is close to the lake where you can fish, swim and SUP from the jetty. Morgan is a friendly and helpful host.

We had a great time. The house is really cute and in the middle of nature. Gunnar was always helpful and had great advice for us.

Excellent spot and house for tours in natural Sweden. Also fairly close to larger cities. The house is well equipped with plenty of space, and large bedrooms. Ample space around the house. The reception was very nice with a cake and drinks. We made long gravel tours on our bikes starting from the house. Nature (cranes, deer, wild boar) can be found in close proximity of the house, we saw roe deer from the house. Recommendable.

Hallo, the house and especially the kitchen is very well equipped. There is more than enough space for 3 people. The terrace is huge, the house is in good condition and you feel right at home. The area is very quiet, yet you can reach Stallarholmen in a few minutes and have shopping opportunities there. The host is easily accessible, responds quickly to messages. The lake is around the corner and offers a fantastic view. Unfortunately, the engine from the boat was broken and usually didn't jump on. The boat itself is well suited for excursions and fishing. The bottom line is that we can recommend the place and had a great vacation. Regards, MW

The location by the lake and the great terrace and the sauna by the lake are a dream! Relaxation guaranteed. The children and we felt completely comfortable in nature. It is everything you need to take a holiday with the family. I'm sure we'll be back!

We received a warm welcome when we arrived. The house was in great condition and everything was clean and tidy. We wanted to borrow a boat and Staffan solved it right away. I, along with 10 friends, slept here for two nights and the accommodation was far beyond expectations. The house is huge and in very good condition inside. The beds are comfortable and there are large areas for socializing, a large sofa group that seats 10, and dinner for 10 people sitting was no problem at all in the dining room. The house is completely private with a huge garden that surrounds the house with barbecue, patio, etc. We saw lots of animals: flocks of deer, two huge moose, a peacock and much more. We really enjoyed our stay, even though the weather was so-so (no swimming). We had planned activities elsewhere during the days, but we all agreed that we could just as well have spent all the time in the house. Everything you need is in the kitchen and a superb gas grill is in place. Our host Jacob was quick to respond. We felt well cared for and at the same time left in peace. I will definitely come back here at the first opportunity. Thank you!

The accommodation was perfect for our family and everything was in place. Erik and Ebba were incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this home located right by the lake with a great view.

Beautiful apartment in a villa by the lake. Gorgeous setting and peaceful. About a 10 minute walk from the apartment to the bus stop which connects to the metro. Drottnigham palace is a short distance away. Homemade jam butter, flowers and fruit were nice. Highly recommend if you want to be a natural setting but well connected to Stockholm.

Very nice area, especially for Young Royals fans, the castle, which is about 20 minutes' walk away. The only drawback is the offer, as a bus only runs once an hour - a car would have been better.

Nice and helpful response! Since we arrived when it was dark, it was a bit tricky to find because it felt like you were driving wrong when you drove into the long driveway but daytime everything was clear! Great place to stay! We were four adults who didn't know each other very well and there was plenty of space. Comfortable sturdy double beds in two of the rooms. The extra bed behind the drapery/alcove in the living room worked 👍

We had a wonderful time in Stockholm! After the daily sightseeing program, then quickly into the quiet suburb with subway and bus, good transport links. Relaxed end to the day in a nice area by the lake. Thomas even picked us up from the train at check-in and showed us how and where the subway goes, the bus stops and shopping, explained everything super. The apartment was perfectly furnished with everything you need, very nice Nordic simple and functional, very spacious, bathroom with bathtub and shower. Kitchen with everything sufficiently equipped. The contact with Thomas and Madeleine was very warm, never intrusive and always courteous. We had a perfect holiday (in wonderful summer weather) and thank the two very much for their hospitality. We would come back anytime!

We had a fantastic weekend with sauna, swimming and good food in a fantastic environment.

Nice house, very clean. A short walk will take you to the lake. For a convenient ride to Stockholm, Uppsala, and uppland for the runestones. It was a bit inconvenient that it was not allowed to smoke next to the cottage, but to the road (as instructed). The kitchen is completely up and coming

We spent a relaxing week in Pia's house and enjoyed the tranquility and the great, large and well-kept garden. There were several seating areas, some overlooking the lake. We especially liked the lake access with private jetty and sauna. There was even the possibility of using a rowboat. Pia was always available to us. The place was easy to find and check-in was flexible and straightforward. The house was equipped with everything necessary, very clean and cozy. The proximity to Stockholm was also great. There were regular train connections from Gnesta. It was 40 minutes away. We can definitely recommend the place!

The place was exactly as described – super nice! The location is ideal, especially if you are looking for a quiet and stress-free vacation. Even trips by car were relaxed, as there was hardly any traffic. Directly behind the property is a huge forest that invites you to explore. Pure nature! The property is very large and offers many possibilities: You can barbecue outside, sunbathe or play. There are also numerous apple and plum trees that you can snack on around the clock. A really nice place to stay that definitely belongs to our top 5. We'd love to come back!

We spent a relaxing long weekend at the cabin with our 2 small dogs and cat. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and had plenty of cooking tools. I appreciated that heaters were already set up in the cabin and toilet so that they were cozy for our arrival! We enjoyed walking around the area, seeing the birds and enjoying the views over the open farmland. I can definitely recommend this place for a short getaway. Mattias and Yvette were responsive and friendly, including helping mail my keys to me when I forgot them. All in all, this rental was a great experience.

Crazy cozy house, and incredibly beautiful areas. Just the top!!!

We absolutely loved staying in this old little cottage. It was almost like camping, but with running water, electricity, a little kitchen, warm shower, and comfy beds! An added bonus was the record player and album selections - my kids learned how to hand wash dishes *and* a bit of musical history. A great getaway.

We had a very relaxing holiday in the best location by the water. The area is very quiet, in beautiful nature and you can easily drive to Stockholm from there. The house is cozy, the toilet (separate toilet and flush toilet) takes some getting used to, but we got along. I can recommend the cottage.
