Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

You'll have the whole place to yourself. You won't miss anything. It is newly renovated and fully equipped. The comfortable king-size bed can accommodate 2 people, another on the sofa or in the inflatable bed. Despite the great connection with public transport and shopping, you have a very good parking situation. You can quickly reach all the hotspots in the city. In just a 3-minute walk you are on the subway and downtown shortly after.

Camper "The First"

We offer our caravan to all guests who love camping. The beach is 3km away,shopping and a pharmacy are 1km away. Two cheerful hosts with 2 dogs and plenty of nature await you. The new laundry room was built in 2021. (Hot water runs through a coin-operated machine, the coins can be purchased from us). The caravan is a smoking caravan. You can also have drinks in our "smoking corner" with a cozy dart game.

Farmhouse “Lillebroers“ in the Altes Land

Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view. In front of the cottage is a pretty little garden seating area with private dike access. We look forward to seeing you!

Backhaus an der Elbe with fireplace (+ heat pump)

Quaint bakery on an enclosed, secluded property on the Elbe dyke in the biosphere reserve. The cottage is very traffic-calmed in a cul-de-sac location and can be reached via an 80 m long private path. In 70 m as the crow flies, there is a currently occupied stork nest. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters away. Two bicycles are available, free of cost.
