In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

On the first floor of the modernized duplex apartment is the daylight bathroom (including WaMa) as well as a spacious hallway.
