The house is very cosy and we are very pleased with the facilities and amenities. Vale highlight condominium structure, it is very good, from the pool to the landscaping all very nice. The location of the house is great for those who want peace, tranquility and a sense of security, as there is constant surveillance of the condominium professionals. I would like to point out that we were very well received by Carla, in addition to that it also provided us with great support with its services if cleaning and maintenance contracted separately. Host Marta was also super quick in replies! It met our expectations very well, I highly recommend!

Excellent house, well maintained and clean. Owner obviously takes pride in their place. Clean, well stocked with kitchen items, comfortable with lots of seating, air conditioning worked well. Pool was excellent and cool for the hot days. Communication was excellent except for a small misunderstanding on the check-in procedure - very responsive. Highly recommended.

Clean house, well equipped and a great location for those who don't want to be too close to the hustle and bustle of the city center and not too far away. Quiet neighborhood and safe location. Éverton was super attentive. We'll be back for sure.

Perfect house, better than expected, clean house, with all the necessary and very comfortable utensils, close to the beaches, markets and restaurants, we have no complaints to make was perfect our stay, the hosts super attentive and requested, we will surely come back more often!!!

Our stay was amazing! Perfect for 2 couples! Erica is very kind, polite, attentive and good people, very quiet! The chalezinho is very complete and has the external area that is surrounded by trees, barbecue (we also use), even though the erica living in another house on the land, we have privacy! For those who like a home that is close to the center, but it's quieter, it's great! If it is from pe to the center of the maximum 20 minutes, and it has a closer market too! We love the space, beautiful, clean and organized, we would definitely return to the place!!

Everything was great! Paula welcomed us and the house was just as advertised. Highly recommended to be in a quiet place with walking access to the beach.

The accommodation is excellent, just like the images. A giant peace because of the silence, to hear the wind in the leaves the crickets singing... Have the breakfast lying on the net, enjoying the silence was gold! The kitchen has all the necessary items, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, pans, frying pan, cutlery and crockery. Outside there is a balcony with a tank, porch, broom, shovel, finally everything you need to keep the house organized. As for the location, it is about 20 minutes walk from Centrinho, for those who have difficulty walking or laziness of walking is not a good option, by car/motorcycle is very quiet. America contacted me at whats and passed all the necessary guidelines clearly and my check-in and checkout were super easy. I highly recommend!

We very much like the home. We feel at home, all rooms are suites, with air conditioning. The condominium is also wonderful. The always considerate host, answering all questions and answering quickly. We'll probably be back.

I spent a day's stay at Winterville, Gravatá, and it was great! The hostess Daiana was super attentive. The place is great, with lots of green area, total quiet and a very cozy flat. Ideal for those who want to rest and enjoy nature. I highly recommend!
