IMPORTANT: Located by the sea, in an old and simple, iconic building, a landmark of modern Pernambuco architecture. The building's water comes from an artesian well, and may have a yellowish color. Comfortable microloft, decorated and equipped, ideal for couples. It has a compact kitchen with microwave, coffee makers, electric stove and refrigerator. TV (no streaming). The building has no parking and no place to store luggage. I recommend the Recife and Riomar malls with free locks.

The loft is located in the friendly and central neighborhood of Pina, where guests can experience the beach climate of Recife, seeing the sea from its window or descending to the boardwalk. On foot, you can access basic services and facilities (restaurants, pharmacy, market, bus stops for public transportation). Old Recife, with the city's main sights, is a 15-minute drive. Similarly, the loft is close to the city's main businesses and Rio Mar shopping mall.

The loft worked perfectly for a quiet and pleasant stay. It had a TV with Netflix and a kitchen with utensils for preparing meals. It was next to bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies. Attention POOL is available! We have a 24-hour concierge, check-in is done directly at the gatehouse anytime after 3:00p.m., upon registration made in advance by the host. NOTE: We do not offer bar soap only liquid soap.
