This is 750 meters from the sea and boat access to Areia Vermelha Island, less than a 7-minute drive from the beaches of Camboinha, Intermares (supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.) and Jacaré (famous for its sunset), expressway (20 min) to the cozy and green city of J.Pessoa (beaches, gastronomy and culture) airport (30 min).

The property is surrounded by native forest, and from the balcony you can see the sea in the day and at night is perfect for having a wine while admiring the beautiful starry sky of Pipa

The space is located in front of the forest, so it's very green and cozy. 5 min walk to Amparo church, and very close to Homem da Meia Noite (Midnight Man). In addition to being a comfortable place to sleep, the suite has a basic gourmet kitchen, a small garden and a small backyard with a table and hammock, all private.
