The chalet is charming and very well located, easy to walk within Pipa, who knows the need, there are two suites, as we were two couples turned great, the space of the upper floor is very nice, sorry that the nets are small for the distance of the hooks, the pool is right next to the chalet and nothing more delicious than to come back from the beach for a shower and fall into the pool for a relax. The lower space of the chalet is large and very airy, and a good network fits the entrance for a rest. The parking lot is rotating and outside/next to the condominium, we take a vacancy and forget the car, Pipa is not good riding in a car, becomes stress. I recommend the space for up to 4 adults with great comfort and location.

The house has a great location, a street away from the main street, in front of a trail that gives you access to Praia do Amor and with a privileged view of the downtown beach. Communication with the host is very easy, she lives next door, and any mishaps she is available to resolve. For those who like to dine at home, the kitchen is well equipped for both making and serving, and may even set the table on the terrace. During the day the house is a little stuffy, but it has a great shower, being a full plate for those who like barbecue and slab! I'm sure I'll come back for more opportunities!

Best stay at Pipa Beach. The house is 20 meters from the main street. Very close!! From to do everything on foot. Located in a very quiet street, the house is very charming and comfortable. I highly recommend it. Ana is a sweetheart. Always willing to help, give you very good tips on what to do, where to eat and where to enjoy the evening. We are scheduling our next stay at the house.

Irany was an excellent host. The space is quite pleasant, organized and spacious. Very good for those who want to do tourism in the region, as it is well located and close to the beach and historic centre. Super recommend it and I will be back for sure.

Super nice place to stay in Joao Pessoa! You will have a seaview, and a quiet place. The area is very save and the Appartment is 3 minutes walk from a Mall. I can give a 100% recommendation!

The space is wonderful. The building is new and the flat is nicely decorated. A point of improvement is for cleaning, especially the bathroom. Everything else was perfect . She left a ticket and a courtesy at the minibar, which left us super welcomed by her. I highly recommend it!

The stay was quiet, Dilma well requests. As for the location, there are even some grocery stores in the neighborhood, but even the market is about 15 minutes walking the most about is the Trevo. I managed to get around to the beach and other sights of Uber. There are two observations first, it is good to put a blackout curtain in the room because the perceana does not cover 100% and at 5 am the sun already invades the room and the bed needs a mattress because the base is a bit hard.

My stay was wonderful! The place was clean, organized and very cozy. The location is excellent and made my travels quite easy. Paulo was attentive, quickly responded all the messages and gave great tips about the region. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to those looking for comfort and practicality!

Simple but clean accommodations that met all needs, there is air conditioning, the owner is very kind and helps with any questions and issues you have and you are also entitled to a well-served breakfast.

A place to relax and rest, comfortable, spacious. Despite the recommendation to walk downtown, I found it a little distant and to walk at night, dark the initial route to near the entrance of the main street of Pipa. In addition, the place is great, really rustic, the friendliness and hospitality of Mrs. Lourdes who received us was impeccable. Sweet and helpful. And the charming place, wide, with an amazing view. Balcony: Good and varied breakfast from the balcony of the bungalow.

The guesthouse is beautiful, the decor of the rooms and bathrooms impeccable. We stayed in a room for 4 people with two bathrooms that made the stay much more comfortable and functional. The pool is always in the sun which makes the water temperature super nice every time. Super kind hosts! 😘

Comfort in the rooms: Comfortable beds, dark and air-conditioned rooms. Negative Aspects The lack of clear guidance over the closed door at night caused discomfort. Pool: It could be cleaner; cloudy water and waste have discouraged use. Overall, the stay was great, with service, comfort and cost-effectiveness as highlights. Small adjustments would make the perfect experience!
