The place is impeccable, in every corner you can see the care and dedication in making a cozy space🤍, the pool is amazing, the kitchen well equipped, perfect for resting. The place is exactly as in the photos: clean, well maintained and with an excellent location. It is just a few minutes from the beach, which made our tours much easier. The bed is comfortable, the shower has good pressure and the kitchen is well equipped for quick meals. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. Great option for those who want to rest with practicality and be close to the sea. I recommend it!

The Flat is very cozy, a quiet location, close to everything you need, it has everything we need around us and Darcylio is very helpful, he gave us all the right institutions, I will return more often!!!!

I went with My Family and we loved. O Flat, the Location of to walk to various places. I just don't indicate for couple with pet. For in the condominium the dog does not accept the dog in the common areas, only in the apartment, so as not to leave the pet alone, the couple would need to take turns to the swimming pool and other areas. But if you're a group like me, you can take turns and everyone has a good time. We enjoyed it a lot. That was the only caveat in my case that I have a pet. Apart from that all perfect.

First of all, from the beginning to the end of my stay in Fernanda's apartment, she was incredibly attentive and helpful to the guest. Her apartment has an incredible view of Cabo Branco beach, both from the living room and the bedroom. The apartment is super-equipped with kitchen utensils to prepare your meals. The hotel's premises are a well-organized place, all new and clean, and it is close to everything: bakery, market, restaurants and one of the main tourist spots in the city. Excellent location, right on the sand. We will return more often, simply because the place is incredible.

House with many details and very comfortable. The air conditioning works well. Beautiful and very well-kept decoration. The upstairs room with the terrace is a luxury. The kitchen is integrated into the modern living room and has almost everything you need. Antonio was very attentive to making sure that everything was perfect, and he was also very decisive and friendly. It is located near (5 min) the shopping area and one of the beaches, and you can also walk to many restaurants.

The flat is beautiful, with very tasteful decoration, clean and super fragrant linens, items that work excellently (especially Alexa, who did everything for me). About the host, he was super polite, gave all the necessary information, without stalling. The building has a beautiful penthouse! The pool is worth a visit. Great! The property was very clean, and it is very cozy. Towels, mattress and other first quality items. The view of the property is indescribable and Octacílio is an extremely proactive host, very attentive and concerned about all the details, as well as our well-being. Very quiet building. The pool was clean. I went with the family because my daughter got married on Saturday. We took a lot of photos there and they were beautiful. Camila is wonderful, she attended to us promptly. In João Pessoa, there is no better place to stay. I recommend it without a doubt.

The house was just like the photos. Super comfortable beds, rooms with blackout, where no light came in. Isadora responds instantly! The house has 3 levels, so there are a lot of stairs. It could only use 1 oven, my daughters love to bake cakes and they couldn't. Each room has its own bathroom, so it was quick to bathe the 11 people who stayed. I recommend this house!

The place was exactly as it was in the picture, everything clean and organized. Close to everything, and the beach behind was wonderful!!! We used the gym and served us very well, as well as the pool area! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful!! Our observations are that there was no hanger to hang wet clothes (It is worth using the OMO laundry, simply perfect).
