Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Casa Marlim is our mix of rest and joy. We have 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suites, plus 2 social bathrooms. We have a swimming pool with a slide and whirlpool, a barbecue area, a mini park for the kids, a full kitchen with utensils for the convenience of guests. We are about 130 meters from the sea, 5 km (7 minutes) from the alligator sunset and 12 km (14 minutes) from Manaira Shopping, as well as several other tourist attractions in the vicinity.

Family home with swimming pool, large and spacious terrace. 4 equipped bedrooms, 3 with air-conditioning, full kitchen, living room and laundry area, Wi-Fi, security camera, electric fence, water from the well and artesian well. 400 meters from the beach, close to restaurants, market, police station, UPA (Emergency Care Unit), gas station. We do not have bed and bath linens, it accommodates 10 people well. Space for 10 people.

Casa Elsa is in the HEART of this charming beach town. Very quiet. Great location. VERY close to the ocean, all the beaches, and DOWNTOWN (just minutes away). Just a few meters from all the attractions, restaurants, bars, markets, and fairs. Perfect for a wonderful few days in this little piece of paradise. Quiet. All you can hear are birds, monkeys, and trees. Safe. It offers everything you could hope for in Pipa. Simple and very welcoming. Wi-Fi suitable for digital nomads.
