Located on the ground floor, just a few metres from the beach access gate, it features a private heated hot tub and a daycare area with a chair and parasol. Kitchen equipped with coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, sandwich maker and utensils. Smart TV with dining space or home office. We have a rooftop pool, a laundry room, a garage with short-stay parking (subject to availability), and a great location. No smoking.
