Cette cabane a son coin de forêt, vous êtes coupés du reste du monde. Déconnexion totale à quelques pas de la rivière, laissez vos envies vous guider durant votre séjour. La cabane est composée d'une chambre à l'étage avec un lit, en bas une pièce qui donne sur une terrasse qui vous permet de plein pied d'accéder à votre bain nordique. Everything is accessible by bike. The house is connected to fiber optic internet.

The tipi

Come and spend the night in the heart of the farm animals under a Saharan tent equipped with two double beds. You will have the privilege of attending the feeding of the animals in the morning. Bathrooms, a kitchen and free parking are available on site. The teepee is located about 200 meters from the sanitary-kitchen-parking area. Breakfast is provided. Bed and bath linens are not provided (can be provided for an extra charge and upon request).

The "Le coeur de XANET" tree house, a unique, artisanal, fully insulated design, made by a local carpenter. We designed this property to offer you a break, a moment out of time. The wood offers all the exoticism you need. You will find all the comforts you want, in a "cabin spirit". Lots of light thanks to its many openings, facing the forest and the orchard. And we've also provided a private HOT TUB, for total relaxation!!

We are located in downtown Soustons. So you have all the shops next door: bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, doctor, cinema... Our mini house is located at the bottom of our garden. Reversible air conditioning that heats in winter and will cool you down in summer. You have a dining area with dishes enclosed by a veranda, a living area with sofa bed, a bathroom, a sleeping area.
