Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. We have good tips!

Cottage at Lake Soustons

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 minute walk to the lake and 20 minute walk to the ocean. Quiet neighborhood for meditation at dawn or sunset. Very nice neighborhood for jogging or cycling with the family. Picnic possible on the lake. Various water activities possible, paddle boarding, pedal boating, fishing,... Tennis court 3 minutes by car. Equestrian center very close, as well to prestigious golf courses... Close to all shops 5 min drive...

Air-conditioned Zen loft, with its furnished terrace, parking, perfect for 2 people Max. Close to the city center, 500 m from the lake, beaches (free bus to beaches in summer) and 200 m from the bike paths. (possibility to rent 2 bikes, with helmets and locks at the price of €8/day/person, discounted prices, contact me). The loft includes a Japanese staircase with staggered steps, which can be complicated for people with reduced mobility. (see photos of the staircase)

A few steps from the city centre, between beach and forest, on the 1st floor of a small condominium: Large studio "duplex", bright and refurbished, with sleeping area upstairs Guests can enjoy an equipped outdoor area (garden table chairs) in the courtyard of the condominium 2 adult bikes available, (+ bike child seat, baby bed, baby chair on loan on request) for a successful holiday! On the ground floor: 1 sofa bed 140 cm, upstairs: 2 beds 80 cm or 1 bed 160 cm

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
