Close to the city center, 500 m from the lake, beaches (free bus to beaches in summer) and 200 m from the bike paths. This fully renovated home is perfectly located because it offers easy access to everything. A bike path that passes right in front of you will take you to the edge of Lake Soustons or to the city center (4 min by bike) or to Soustons beach (20 min by bike). A parking space right in front of the entrance. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a kitchenette. Outside, a garden area with a table, 4 chairs and a barbecue.
