Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. You will see the lake through the trees and the small stream that passes in front of the house. You will have at your disposal a large terrace of 30 m2 entirely private. You will surely meet our Tuscan kitten who is very curious. Workspace: Thanks to an ethernet connection with fiber optics, you can work in a nice setting.
