It is located close to the beaches, the lake and the 9-hole Pinsolle golf course. This small peaceful haven is located in a holiday residence, totally secure with swimming pool and paddling pool (open mid-May to end of September), 3 tennis courts, mini-golf, city park, bowling alley, children's playground.

Located a 5/10 min walk from the city center, shops, Soustons Lake, ELeclerc center, and a 15-minute drive from the beaches. I am looking for respectful tenants who care about the well-being of the house in order to preserve this warm space and the cocoon in which I live the rest of the year.
