Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. A few steps from the city centre, between beach and forest, on the 1st floor of a small condominium: Large studio "duplex", bright and refurbished, with sleeping area upstairs Guests can enjoy an equipped outdoor area (garden table chairs) in the courtyard of the condominium 2 adult bikes available, (+ bike child seat, baby bed, baby chair on loan on request) for a successful holiday! On the ground floor: 1 sofa bed 140 cm, upstairs: 2 beds 80 cm or 1 bed 160 cm

Charm in the wild

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

T2 on the 1st floor with open views of the sea lake. You can watch the sunsets from the covered terrace overlooking the sea lake not overlooked. The mail (center of all shops, restaurants, shops, food stores, etc.) is a 10-minute walk from the apartment and the ocean is 30 minutes. It is equipped with a living room with sofa bed, bedroom with twin beds, kitchen, shower room. The accommodation is fully equipped except linens and towels.

Cosy and functional studio, completely renovated, with heating for a stay even in winter. It has a sofa bed for two people and a mezzanine bed (child). Facing west, the apartment overlooks a green space and, in the distance, the dunes. ⚠️ From 7 September, work will take place in the residence. Due to the possible noise nuisance and the inability to use the balcony, a 25% discount is applied for the duration of the works.

Uhaina

My accommodation is 100 meters from the mythical beach of Estagnots, a surf spot internationally known by all lovers of board sports and thrills. You'll love this place because of the location, the calm, the immediate access to bike paths, the proximity to shops and golf courses. Parking space on the property. Pool access exclusively reserved for owners. We have a dog that we keep away from guests. We do not allow pets.
