We had a wonderful stay in Xavier and Virginie's apartment for the second time. The location is ideal. You immerse yourself in the beach and surfing scene on the balcony, but you can also retreat to the apartment. The beach is only 2 minutes away and at night you can often hear the surf of the Atlantic. The caretaker Stephanie is super nice and was able to answer all our questions. Check-in and check-out with Stephanie was straightforward and very flexible. The parking space in the underground parking is invaluable. We want to come back.

Comfortable accommodation and in accordance with the description. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to the city center and the seaside. The terrace is very pleasant and very appreciable on hot days. Pierre knows how to be available for any questions or recommendations.

The location is excellent, 3 minutes from the beach. It has a parking space right next to it, very convenient. Perfect apartment for 2-3 people, with all the amenities, terrace overlooking the port. Wi-Fi connection would be appreciated.

Very well located accommodation towards the south beach, we left the car in the garage throughout the stay surf bikes and bakery just downstairs from the building ideal for 2 people very nice hospitality.

Camille is a very pleasant host and very flexible on schedules. He was also very flexible with the unscheduled arrival of one of our daughters. The house is functional in a very secure residence. A little clarification about the accommodation, the children's room does not have a door and is communicating with those of the parents. We had a lovely week in Soustons.

My son and I were very comfortable in Martine's place. It has everything you need, the comfort is also, it is in a very quiet area and the environment with the pool is very cool. It's exactly what we wanted for our vacations. The apartment is close to the important sites of Vieux-Boucau, the beach, the lake, the restaurants, the market… and with the much better bike.
