Beautiful and spacious house. The photographs do not do justice to the size and space of the house. Large rooms, lots of sleeping options. Nice outdoor spaces. Quiet and peaceful location. Very handy for supermarket and train. Excellent host - very responsive and helpful.

We only drive there for a short time, but had a good time at the accommodation. Ariane was a very nice and reliable host. We can recommend accommodation.

Michael's house is very nicely decorated. There was nothing missing, the kitchen was very well equipped, everything was picobello clean and new. For six people an optimal property and not far from Cologne or Düsseldorf. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend the stay, everything was perfect. We didn't have any with us, but with children it is still best, I think there are a lot of toys available:)

Great place to stay, extremely quiet, sheep meadow right in front of the terrace - a dream to switch off, walk, play, cook, sleep. Great views and sun on the deck all day. Particularly striking: The kitchen is above average well equipped, even for the slightly more demanding amateur chef like me...

Prefect spot to spend a peacefully weekend with friends or family, highly recommended!

Alex and Nuran are gracious hosts, making sure you never want for anything! My husband, daughter, and I felt welcomed and meticulously cared for. This is the kind of stay you hope for! We had booked the accommodation for an overnight stay on the occasion of a celebration and felt completely comfortable. Everything was well organized, the apartment was cozy, stylishly furnished and very clean. We especially loved the idyllic garden. The landlord was also very friendly and thoughtful, which perfectly rounded off our stay. A great place – highly recommended!

We didn't have enough time this visit to take in all that Jule and Stefan's place had to offer, or all that Cologne had to offer. So we will be back! Simply put, we felt at home. The apartment is clean, full of interesting and thoughtfully placed items, comfortable, has everything you need, and has an intrinsic character that connects you to life in Nippes. If our time had allowed, we could have stayed for longer and felt perfectly at home as outsiders. Jule and Stefan were totally attentive and on top of questions, showed great flexibility and were some of the best hosts we've had on AirBnB.

Markus and Carina are really lovely, tolerant people, it just shines from them. We were made to feel part of the family instantly. When we contacted them they were very responsive and assisted us with everything we needed. The apartment is spacious with plenty of cupboards and drawers, the kitchen is fully equipped as stated and was clean on entry, Nespresso machine was also really nice as we love our morning coffee. The surrounding area has beautiful walks and is very much like the Scottish Highlands, literally right outside the back door there is a lovely forest and hill walks, locals are friendly as you would expect living in such an idyllic hideaway. We very much enjoyed the fresh eggs and milk from the farms around the area. We really had a lovely time here and look forward to being able to return sometime soon.

In search of peace and contemplation, this is the place to be. The romantic cabin has on the one hand old-fashioned features such as shutters and a fireplace, but also has the fastest internet and a bathtub. The best of both worlds and it is a delight to watch Eva with her animals! I'm sure I'll go there again.

I am thrilled. Arrival was great and I was immediately warmly welcomed. Both are super sweet and the location really nice. I had a lot of time to write in peace and could always contact Thomas and his wife. There was even a folder where all the important information and shops were listed nearby - with about the duration of the footpath. Just great! Always happy to come back.
