The property is located opposite Kaiserswerth and 6.2 km from Meerbusch. Downtown to Düsseldorf is 19 km (24min), to Düsseldorf Airport 16Km (17min), to Messe Düsseldorf 15 km (20min). The property is located in the center of Bergisch Gladbach and yet is relatively quiet. A few minutes walk there are different supermarkets. The S-Bahn is about 15 minutes walking through the city center. There is also a bus stop in front of the door to the train station. An underground car park with a reserved parking area is available. There is also plenty of free parking on the street. The large terrace invites you to linger and offers high privacy through privacy screens.

Walking distance to Messe, LantscherPark, Merkur Spielarena and the Rhine. Conveniently located near the airport, this can lead to higher flight noise nuisance until 23h.

Family apartment in the south of Duisburg

We have a 110 sqm apartment for 4 people in our house. In the living room and in both bedrooms, there is a 50-inch LCD TV with NETFLIX & Amazon access. The two bedrooms are very spacious and the large bathroom with shower leaves nothing to be desired. The use of our swimming pool (6 am - 9 pm) is of course possible as well as with us in the morning for breakfast. Both are included in the price. The sauna is a private area and costs €15 per 3 hours per person

Cute basement apartment with its own entrance and a large covered terrace. Here you have a relaxing view of nature. In the large garden, which is laid out in terraces, there is a small pool with an outdoor shower. Bathing and showering with the feeling of standing in the forest and only hearing the birds and seeing the squirrels. A small stream flows along the property. The hiking trail starts directly from the garden. Less than 30 min to downtown! 😊

This stylish accommodation is perfect for private individuals as well as for trade fair trips. Adults and children enjoy a piece of real nature between two big cities. Everyone can end the evening after a round of sports (sports hall, basketball court and play barn with trampoline and zipline/slide) around the campfire overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool is located in the large communal garden and is used by all of us.

The house has two bedrooms, each with a bed, and a sofa bed in the living room, so that a total of up to six guests can stay comfortably. Relax by the private pool or enjoy cosy evenings by the fireplace. The surroundings offer a quiet residential area with good connections to Cologne and the surrounding attractions. Shops, restaurants and cafés are just a few minutes away – ideal for a relaxing stay.

Relax in this special and quiet space. The small but nice apartment is located in the souterrain of our detached house. There is a separate entrance. In the garden is a beautiful natural swimming pool that can be used. The natural bath is not heated. In the wintertime, you can take ice baths here. The small apartment is freshly renovated and lovingly furnished. It's great for one person.

Das Haus am See is our relaxedguesthouse with a large swimming pond, terrace for al fresco dining and lawn. Completed in spring 2018, it offers modern design, contemporary comfort and homelike ambiance.
