Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

I am renting out my apartment in a quiet yet central location in a two-family house in the beautiful Nacker Bachtal. The living space is spread across an open-plan kitchen-living area, a shower bathroom, and a gallery. On the mezzanine, there is a bed with two sleeping places (a cozy width of 2,0 m). WLAN, TV, coffee, tea are available to our guests. Popular destinations, supermarkets are in the vicinity. The Müngsten Bridge or Castle Burg can be reached in a few minutes by car or in a few more minutes on foot :) Cologne and D-Dorf are also easy to reach! Small terrace in front of the front door.

The blue house is one of 6 other houses in a friendly, enclosed courtyard and just for you alone. A large meadow, fruit trees and a sunny bench in front of the house invite you to linger, listen to the birds or simply enjoy the day. The farmhouse is centrally located in the Bergisch city triangle, at the foot of the castle. A river flows leisurely past it and in front of the gate the hiking trail leads into the enchanting forests of the Wupperberge.
