Everything was perfect for us, a very well-kept, lovingly furnished house with a fantastic garden. The house and the garden invite you to linger. In the area you can do many great hikes. Annette always responds very quickly and kindly. Thank you for having us as your guests.

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. A great house, a quiet location. Perfect for up to 10 guests. The space is there. The check-in worked wonderfully, the communication from the host was fast and reliable. He makes a friendly impression. The house really has everything you need. The garden is huge and everything is very well maintained. We can't wait for the next visit.

Great location, surrounded by nature, nice house,cozy but everything present, fenced terrace , ideal for our dog and view of a beautiful garden, so much to see in the area and endless walks to make , really recommended

What a beautiful location this is! We really enjoyed the tranquility and the beautiful view. The cottage is small, but basically has everything you need. The private access to the lake is great, you really have the feeling of being completely alone in nature. Fortunately, we did not experience others walking past. The separate bath/saving space was not a problem for us, it was just nice to walk there every time. However, the cottage was indeed a bit dusty as a number of people mention, the cleaning may need some extra attention. On the other hand, it was very neatly cleaned up and generally neat! Fabian and his father are incredibly friendly hosts! Thank you for letting us stay in your cottage. We already miss the view and would love to come back!

We stayed at Heinz's for a few days, took some beautiful walks in the area, and enjoyed the tranquility. After the walk, enjoying a sauna was also a nice extra. Communication with Heinz and Anna went very smoothly, even with our poor German. We enjoyed it. Brigitte and Filip

We rented the accommodation for a bachelor party and were simply thrilled! The terrace, garden and conservatory are fantastically beautiful and offer a breathtaking view of the forest. The spacious space with barbecue and campfire bowl made our stay perfect. The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful, which made us feel welcome at all times. We felt completely comfortable and were very pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. Absolutely recommended! Thank you for the great time!

A very nice apartment, with everything you need. Clean, spacious and with the use of a large garden. Every morning the horses come in the meadow behind the garden. Dear and interested hosts. We'd love to come back.

We have now been to Alex and Nuran's place for the second time. And nothing has changed in our positive experience. The accommodation is very well equipped and meets our requirements exactly. During our stay, the first heat wave of the year prevailed, but the apartment was pleasantly tempered. Our dog feels comfortable, too. So what more could you ask for?! We will book again:)

Thank you for the hospitality and the quick response in communication. We used the stay for mountain biking and all destinations were quick to reach. We stayed with Reiner for an extended weekend. Reiner is very helpful . The surroundings are beautiful. Right in nature . A beautiful path on foot leads directly to Linz ,so you only need the car to get there. In the village, there are all the shops you need . The kitchen is very well equipped, so you can also cook like at home . The outdoor terrace is very nice for breakfast and cozy to linger . What was still very positive for us... a very comfortable bed in which we slept well. Around a few relaxing days . We will be happy to come back.

It was a very nice stay, very quiet location and yet good shopping, Armin welcomed us very kindly and accompanied us to the log cabin. Super clean, well equipped, you can recommend with a clear conscience. I recovered very well in the 4 days, and my dog also loved it. The days went by far too quickly. I will go there again.

We have spent a lovely weekend at Sonja and Mirco's beautiful cabin. We felt at home very quickly and could relax and enjoy the nature and big garden. Getting to wake up while listening to the birds and having life get a little bit slower allowed us to leave with our hearts and minds lighter. The whole cabin is so well-thought and decorated, from small details and attentions, it really gives off a home feeling. We will absolutely come back!

The accommodation is superbly located in the middle of nature. Perfect for excursions. We also lacked nothing in the facilities, especially with a small child. It is also not far to the place itself.

The cottage is on the outskirts of the property and offers a lot of privacy. At the back, there is a beautiful veranda, with a wide view of beautiful nature. The cottage itself was also fine, with on the lower floor a 2 (single beds)person bedroom and and toilet, otherwise it has a good and complete kitchen, including oven, microwave and induction hob. On the upper floor there is also a bedroom and the shower. On the property there are various playground equipment for children and there is a swimming pond.

A great place, far from the digital world, especially suitable for the younger generation to appreciate consumption again and not to take for granted. Uwe is a great host and the briefing can't be done better ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious home. The location is absolutely perfect – peaceful, scenic, and just a great place to relax. The house is well-equipped with everything you might need, which made our stay really comfortable. There are just a few small downsides worth mentioning: the Wi-Fi could be faster, there was no laundry detergent provided, and the kitchen knives could use some sharpening. Other than that, everything was great. We seriously enjoyed our time here and are definitely considering coming back again!
