Liebe Feriengäste, wir freuen uns, Sie in unserer gemütlichen FeWo in Hausdülmen begrüßen zu können. Die FeWo im OG mit Balkon ist komplett ausgestattet, eine Garage mit e-Ladestationen für Fahrräder, PKW-Stellplatz sowie ein Kellerraum stehen zur Verfügung. Eine abwechslungsreiche Umgebung mit Bächen, Seen laden zu Spaziergängen und Radtouren ein. Naturverbundenheit und Nachhaltigkeit sind uns ein besonderes Anliegen. Kinder bis 17 Jahren sind frei, bitte nicht als zusätzl. Gäste anmelden.

In the stables – side by side with chickens and horses

'IM PFERDESTALL' befindet sich im Erdgeschoss der Scheune des Mühlenanwesens. Früher war es mal ein Stall. (Schau dir auch mein anderes Apartment 'Scheunen-Loft' an.) Der Raum hat niedrige Decken und kleine Sprossenfenster. Der Raum ist für Menschen geeignet, die einen mehr höhlenartigen, gemütlichen Rückzugsort suchen. Durch den Ofen und den kalten Boden, ist die Wohnung für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet. In der kalten Jahreszeit, ist es vielleicht nötig mit dem Ofen zuzuheizen. Siehe unten.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This beautiful apartment is located in a traffic-calmed residential area in a field edge location in a cul-de-sac. It is conveniently located between Cologne, Aachen and Düsseldorf. These cities are very well accessible by train from Düren main station. The Eifel can be reached in 10 minutes. The center of the city of Düren is 3 km away from the apartment. In addition, the location is ideal as a starting point for cycling tours along the Rur.

Welcome to the apartment Am Stiftbrunnen in the historic center of Stemwede/Levern. The light-flooded 45 sqm apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed) Next to the old half-timbered house from 1693, which is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a village fountain, you have a direct view of the old collegiate church. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, a pharmacy, gas stations and restaurants. Down the hill, beautiful idyllic paths invite you to bike and hike.

Lehne Dich zurück & entspanne... Unser Einraumappartement wurde nur mit natürlichen Baustoffen erstellt. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail habe ich hier Naturschiefer & Eichenholz verarbeitet. Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Restaurants, shopping and leisure activities are within walking distance. The small balcony is perfect for breakfast or to drink a glass of wine together in the evening. Stay on a Lower Rhine farm in our small, cozy accommodation. The apartment is bright and friendly and has been built with natural building materials. A terrace for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening awaits you. The picnic meadow in the shade of the trees is a place where children can romp around carefree. Our farm is rural and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

The forest apartment in Waldbröl - close to the center and idyllic - hiking, biking, enjoyment - with fairy tale forest in the garden for the little ones and forest botanical garden for the big ones.
