Villa Issum is history. The monumental villa dates from 1914, has been completely renovated into group accommodation and is fully equipped, without affecting the authentic atmosphere. The beautiful terrazzo still adorns the floors. The house is located in Germany in the village of Issum, only a 30-minute drive from Venlo. The atmosphere is friendly, cozy and there are always fresh flowers. Play a game of jeu de boules and have breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace in the garden.

Burg Gemünden is a former 13th-century castle that was converted for residential purposes during the Baroque period. The manor house offers 6 spacious bedrooms with space for up to 6 families and groups of up to 12 adults. It can accommodate 20 people in 5 double beds with good mattresses. The building also offers spacious common areas. 1 large living and dining room with an open fireplace. 1 small lounge. 1 large kitchen, library, 1 sauna, 1 hot tub (additional €150 to use).

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

It offers enchanting, stylishly furnished rooms, wonderful niches and retreats. You can linger and relax in the garden and in the forest. The prices are based on occupancy by 6 people (minimum charge). On Sunday, a late check-out until 10 pm is already included in the price. Each additional person will be charged €30 per night. A very special house with a park-like garden and a baroque pavilion. Access is via a private bridge. You have absolute privacy in the middle of the city. The park offers many different nooks and crannies on different levels and great views.
