Nice beatiful 1 bedroom apartment. 30sqm in 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine in the bathroom. Close to the NTNU.

Here you have a short distance to the lake with good swimming opportunities, and the area offers beautiful nature with both mountains and nice hiking trails. The house is centrally located, with only 15 minutes to Vigra Airport and 20 minutes to Ålesund city centre. This charming old villa is situated at a beautiful small farm with a farmhouse, a ceramic studio with a woodkiln, and a family home . The farm is overlooking the fjord and glacier and the view is absolutely stunning. Ideal for families! Away from traffic we have a lovely atmosphere with animals, fruit trees, swings, and a lot of space. You find great hiking right off the doorstep. The grocery store is a 10 minute walk away, the marina as well. We can help organise renting a boat for fishing.
