On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

When you stay in our orchard you are free to pick and eat the fruit that is on the farm. Short distance to Sandane city center. We accept bookings for mountain trips/fishing trips in our local area. Fra vinduskarmen kan du følge med på surferne i bølgene eller studere ørna som svever utfor bratte fjellsider. Herfra kan du nærmest hoppe rett i havet med våtdrakt og surfebrett. Rett utforbi døra kan du følge turstier til utsiktspunktet på Hushornet, spektakulære Hovden eller ta runden rundt Ervikvatnet.

The Eldhuset is part of a farmyard. The cottage has its own terrace with a roof and its own parking. Livingroom and modern kitchen in the same room, two bedrooms and a new bathroom with washing machine. The bedrooms have double beds (150x200) and a built-in bed (150 x 200). The farm is located near the ferry terminal, Lavik, along the E39. The cabin is a great starting point for kayaking on the fjord, forest walks or easy mountain hikes. We have a motorboat, SUP, kayak and sauna for rent.

There is also a private harbor with the possibility to rent a boat. Price per day: 16 ft 15/20 horsepower NOK 600 plus petrol. 18 ft 30 horsepower NOK 850 per day. Gasoline is in addition to what the customer uses. Life jackets can be borrowed. All boat rentals are at your own risk
