A stone's throw from the cabin is a nice disc golf course, exercise track and excursion destination. 35 km to Åre, 32 km to Trillevallen, 50 km to Bydalen. Grocery store (Ica), gas station (OKQ8), café are located in the village of Mörsil.

Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. Good storage and drying facilities. WIFI, TV with apple TV. Own part of patio. Not shoveled in winter. Parking space - by house. "Trixy" driveway up, due to road conditions.
