In this fantastic little mountain village of Ottsjö, our newly built house is located in a high location overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house you will feel like you are outside even when sitting inside by the fireplace with a cup of tea. Just behind the house there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile tracks, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). In addition to skiing and cycling, you can hike, fish, go dog sledding, rent a snowmobile and a variety of other activities. We had some lovely days in Åre. The apartment of Jonas and Julia is a nice and modern apartment located a little on the outskirts, however, close to the piste and still in good walking distance to Åre square. And if you don't want to walk, it's so easy to get a taxi. /Mariken

We spent a full month in this lovely little cabin. The size was perfect for a couple, felt even bigger than we had expected based on the pictures. Everything was super well thought out, stylish and in mint condition. The host was really helpful and friendly, and always replied fast to our questions. The slopes are close by, and when there’s enough snow on the roads, you can ski in/out. Our stay was later in spring, so it was mostly a short two minute walk to slopes, but no big deal! We had wonderful time and will come back, so big thumbs up!

We were able to check in super spontaneously (within an hour). Nils responded quickly and so we were lucky to have a place to stay overnight. It was clean and the bed was particularly comfortable!
