A warm welcome to this unique and peaceful accommodation right by Storån. A wonderful place for the nature lover. There is a private jetty for those who love swimming. There is also a fireplace by the river where you can barbecue and enjoy the view. The accommodation consists of a small log cabin which, despite its size, has most amenities. If you're lucky, you can see the otter catching fish while you're having breakfast. Storån is a popular place for fly fishing. A five-minute walk from the cottage, you have a large, nice sandy beach at Ottsjön.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Fully-equipped kitchen for those who like to cook. Before you start the day, you can conveniently slip down to the bakery Grädda 200 meters away and buy something freshly baked. It is ski-in ski-out and a nice and cozy newly-built apartment (completed in 2016) with everything you may need. Both Tegefjäll's and Duved's lift systems (they are connected) are just outside the door. Nice, fresh apartment located at Åre square with proximity to everything. South-facing balcony. 75 meters to Ica, 150 meters to the train station. Minimum age for renting is 18 years. Children are, of course, welcome in the company of adults. Close to wonderful Årestrand where you can experience what it is like to swim in fresh mountain water. All the lovely hiking trails and ski slopes are also nearby. Christmas, New Year, sports holidays and Easter weeks are only rented out for full weeks.
