We are super happy with our stay. Cozy, fresh and modern accommodation in a fantastic location in the bear. Håkan has responded quickly to questions and been very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here if you are thinking of going to Åre!

Everything was like in the description. Enough space for two of us and our little poodle. We had a car which made moving around easier.

An absolutely fantastic place, close to everything you might want to do in a mountain. Unfortunately, winter had begun to shine with its absence at our stay but if you visit the cabin at normal snow length, you can go both luck and downhill directly from the cabin and back again. The cottage is probably relatively newly built and very fresh, possibly it has sat down a bit which caused the doors at the front and back to be a bit tricky when opening and closing. But it was kind of the only small thing we thought about, otherwise top notch!

Very nice little apartment! Nice to come in and it's well cleaned. It felt a bit like coming home to a friend. Homey and well-planned. We didn't really know that animals could live in the apartment, so one of us had an allergic reaction, but that's probably more due to us who booked than that the host had failed in communication.

We had a great time in this cozy and homely modern accommodation with the most beautiful view of the mountains and valley. The best part is that the view is unobstructed, so it feels like you're in the middle of nature. It was possible to ski almost directly out on the slopes and all the way home. Cia answered all of our questions and provided clear instructions.

Everything was perfect. The view from the living room is exceptional! Plenty of room for two families. The kitchen is very well equipped. Slopes accessible within a 3 minutes walk. This was our second time in Karl’s and Sara’s place and we are pretty sure we will come back again. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable apartment that has everything you need for and have a nice and comfortable holiday. Great location with great views and walking distance to the city and slopes. Lars is very flexible and always responds quickly to questions. Highly recommend this apartment if you are into luxury.

Great place with immediate proximity to alpine slopes and great cross country trails. Lovely to come home to both sauna and outdoor hot tub after long days outside. Recommended.

Great apartment. Good beds. Clean. Loved the hot tub! Kitchen well equipped. Short walk to ski lift. Parking included. Host friendly and responsive. Somewhat strict rules but manageable. Thin floors, heard neighbors walking upstairs. Very early checkout at 10. Will definitely return!

We absolutely loved our stay in Olga’s house. It is a beautiful house in a perfect location for skiing and cross country skiing. The area was very relaxing and we didn’t want our week’s stay to end. Olga was very easy to communicate with too. The house was incredibly clean and we would highly recommend Olga’s house for a perfect winter holiday. We’d love to come back in winter and summer too 😃.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The place was conveniently located next to the t-bar. The hot tub had an amazing view and the fire place was lovely. There were nice touches including and an espresso machine and coffee.

There could be a shower in 4 rooms, instead of a double shower

Photos don't do the apartment justice! Such a fantastic place to stay for a week. Incredible views, easy access to the town and mountain. We had a mix of weather whilst staying here but regardless of the slopes not being open, there was so much to see and do around and the apartment was so cosy you had everything you could possibly want! The team there were also so welcoming and friendly, will definitely be back to stay!

Great apartment with several bedrooms and bathrooms, very suitable for large families or travel companies. Sauna and large bathtub added to the experience. Magnificent views of the mountains in the west from the dining table and living room. With a little self effort, it was possible to get to ski in and ski out. We would gladly came back here!
