Snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fire or explore the lovely exercise trails along the waterfront, where you’ll also find an outdoor gym, frisbee golf and a boules court. You have your own compact cottage, fully-equipped kitchen, beds for up to 4 adults, toilet, terrace & lake view. You also have a spa cabin with shower, wood-fired sauna, relaxation area & a wood-fired hot tub. A 150-meter walk leads to a private jetty with a sandy bottom. We have our cottage on the property, but rarely stay there during your booking, you will have everything basically to yourselves. Come out and enjoy the silence!

Hi! Welcome to this cozy villa in Trosa. The owner has three separate houses, one of which is used as a studio. The owner lives in the main house. And the guest house is here which is in the announcement .It is about 35 square meters, with a spacious living room with a fireplace and a mini kitchen with a small refrigerator. The guest room has a separate shower and toilet. Here, guests will share the laundry room and outdoor space with the owner. But each has its own independent outdoor space.

A beautiful Golf Course you will find ten minutes away from the estate in Solbacka. Gripsholm Castle, one of the most impressing residences of Gustaf III, you will find in Mariefred, also half an hour drive from Stora Åsa.
