Relax in this cozy and lakeside home in our little Sjöstuga. Enjoy the patio. It faces south and has tables and chairs, adjustable sun loungers and a comfortable corner sofa. Borrow the swimming jetty where there is a swimming ladder. There is an opportunity to use a rowboat. Road and rail are nearby but do not disturb significantly, but it is also not completely quiet during the day. The cottage is located on a garden plot but is still separate from the main building, where two retirees and a dog live. Welcome to this rural idyll!

Relax in the countryside in a guest house on a cosy little farm, only an hour from Stockholm. The farm dates from 1867 and is located just outside Björnlunda in Södermanland. In this rural idyll, you can relax or use it as a base for discovering Södermanland. Next to the guest house, there is a residential building, several barns and a hen house. The farm is home to the farm's darlings Stina and Vilda, the Samoyed dogs Isa and Snö, the Wallisian Blacknose sheep Bianca, Lady, Dolly and Kajsa, and the rooster Grey and his 8 hens.

The bedroom has one 120cm bed, one 90 cm bunkbed. Sofabed for two in the livingroom. 2-3 people is ideal. A big garden is shared with the host. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Welcome to our carefully renovated house from the 1600s! Here you live next to Strängnäs Cathedral and have the city center nearby. Our charming house also has an exciting story to tell. The house has had the privilege of being included in the popular history and building conservation program on TV, SVT "Det sitter i väggarna" in the fall of 2023.
