A cozy cottage in the middle of Sörmland equipped with everything you need for a cozy stay. The shower is located outside, as the water is heated by the sun, hot water is not guaranteed. Hot water is available inside the cottage's kitchen and toilet. The cottage has a large terrace with outdoor furniture, deck chairs and barbecue grill. In the evening, the deer usually come out on the meadow that is just in front of the cottage. Swimming area is 5 km away, lovely nature trails for walking or cycling are in the area. On the farm, there are hens and a nice rooster.

Enjoy your stay on a small farm near Söderköping

Övernatta i egen stuga vid vår lilla gård, Solsätter gård 8 min utanför Söderköping längs E22. Här har vi getter, höns, kaniner och katter. Om du har tur kan du få ett nyvärpt ägg till frukost. Det finns två enkelsängar på nedre våningen, 2-3 bäddar på det mysiga loftet. Trappan upp till loftet är brant, rekommenderas ej för barn under 12 år. Nära till trevlig badsjö med badbrygga, avstånd 5 km. Boendet passar bra om man besöker Kolmården, Vimmerby eller vill besöka Söderköpings omgivningar.

Koppla av på landet i en gäststuga på en mysig liten gård, endast en timme från Stockholm. Gården är från 1867 och ligger strax utanför Björnlunda i Södermanland. I denna lantliga idyll kan du slappna av eller använda som bas för att upptäcka Södermanland. Intill gäststugan finns det ett bostadshus, flera lador och ett hönshus. På gården bor gårdskatterna Stina och Vilda, Samojedhundarna Isa och Snö, de Walliska Svartnosfåren Bianca, Lady, Dolly och Kajsa samt tuppen Grey och hans 8 hönor.

A simple guesthouse, with one room and a bathroom, renovated 2017 located on our farm. There is 3 beds, but the bedsofa is made for 2, and then we have 2 single beds. The guesthouse has a little, nice outdoor deck were you can BBQ or just relax with privacy! You will have close access to nature and the lake Hjälmaren, 6 kilometers. Small supermarket is just 800 meter away and a little ICA shop in 2000 meter in Lunger. Bikes to borrow if you need. Free fishing in the lake Hjälmaren.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

Rent this lovely cottage located on a small hill with the sea as a neighbor. Completely renovated one-story house with fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and TV with Chromecast and Apple TV, two bedrooms and bathroom. Patio with roof and infrared heating with nice view of horse farm and sea. The cottage is secluded and shielded from neighbors. The host couple live only 100 meters away. On the farm there are horses, dogs, cats and chickens.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed. Bright apartment on rural farm

Stay among the fields in this bright apartment on a rural farm. In a converted barn is this open apartment with large windows and views of a horse pasture. On the entrance level, there is a kitchenette and bathroom. We are a family with two children who live on the farm. We have a dog and a cat (they walk freely on the property). We don't have any other animals, but next to our property is a horse farm.
