Take a break and unwind in this cozy cottage with modern amenities. Parts of the cottage are from the 1800s with typical charm, low ceilings and a small wood stove. Extended with kitchen and bathroom, an extra small bedroom and a sleeping loft. Located in the middle of berry and mushroom forests, close to lakes and hiking trails. Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake property, private pool and private dock. A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.

Denna gamla mysiga stuga är nyrenoverad. Nu finns ett nytt fint kök, nytt helkaklat badrum samt ett nytt sovrum med två enkelsängar. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, och ett vardagsrum med kamin. På tomten står en mindre stuga med två sängar. Vi har en bubbelpool året runt för 6 pers samt en uppvärmd pool sommartid, ca v24-32. Elbilsuttag. Några hundra meter bort finns en badbrygga med stege och sandstrand. Här kan ni finna lugnet i naturskön omgivning med havet inpå knuten och skapa nya fina minnen.
